Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Χαλαρώστε με την οικογένεια ή τους φίλους σας σε αυτόν τον ήσυχο χώρο διαμονής. Το παραδοσιακό σπίτι βρίσκεται στη Φιγαλεία (αλλιώς Αρχαία Φιγαλεία ή Παύλιτσα). Δεν πρέπει να τη μπερδεύουμε με τη Νέα Φιγαλεία (Ζούρτσα) που είναι μια κωμόπολη στον νομό Ηλείας, 23 χλμ μακριά. Η πέτρα και το ξύλο επικρατούν στον εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό χώρο. Απέχει 4 χλμ από τον ποταμό Νέδα, 14 χλμ από τον Ναό του Επικούρειου Απόλλωνα, 27 χλμ από την Ανδρίτσαινα και 23 χλμ από τη Νέα Φιγαλεία (Ζούρτσα).

Traditional three-storey tower house in Karytaina. Reconstructed with great care by the hosts with authentic wooden elements and traditional touches in the decoration. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.
