There is a washing machine in the large bathroom. Surroundings: train station, supermarket, restaurants, Ammersee, hiking trails are within 10 minutes' walk.

Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und gemütlich mit Blick ins Grüne. In ca. 9 Gehminuten ist der Bahnhof, Dampfersteg und unser Strandbad mit Seepavillon (Essen&Trinken) am Ammersee zu erreichen. Wander & Radwege starten direkt vor der Haustüre. 2 Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe im Ort.
