Casa Eva is a totally private corner of paradise located on the west side of Icaraizinho, near the Aroma restaurant, a 300-meter walk from the beach. The house has a master suite with a king-size bed, and a smaller suite with a double bed, both with air-conditioning. It has an infinity pool, a living room with TV, Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen, a barbecue area and parking. Those who need to work from a Home Office have a corner with a desk. Daily housekeeping service is included.

Capulana 5 is located in the center of Icaraí de Amontada, 150 meters from the beach and a short walk to all the main restaurants, markets and bars. It is a house built in 2021 and belongs to the Casa Capulanas condominium. The house is in front of a large swimming pool and has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, hot water in the bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a large balcony with a barbecue. The house has wifi, TV and parking space.
