Great swimming opportunities in Skogstjern, a pleasant bike ride away. Fishing opportunities in Glomma and Renaelva and small game hunting in the woods. The Birkebeiner trail and bike path, as well as the Pilgrim's Way, are not far away.

Haugen in Julussdalen

Welcome to Haugen! Haugen is a spacious leisure property in a scenic area with up to eight beds divided between the main house and a cabin nearby. Here you can let the calm settle, greet the birds that stop by on the bird board and listen to the voice of nature. There is no cleaning fee, because guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as on arrival. Please let me know if you are members of FVR for membership discount. Pannehuset and Birkenhytta

As you can see the pichtures show you two cabins, built together. The new cabin have two bedrooms, bath and a smal kitchen. Separate toilet. The old cabin has tow rooms one a bedroom , the other a living rom. The furniture is old in this rom , and has some old paintings as well. There are a stove to make it warm, nice and cosy. Firewood for free. There are plenty of space to sit outside, in wintertime this is on the starting place for Birken skirace. 3km from Rena.

The cabin is located approx. 1h from Trysil, 20 min to Furutangen, 30 min to Rena and 1h to Elverum. In summer, Valmslia is a great holiday paradise with a short way down to the lake.
