The villa itself is great, 4 spacious bedrooms, more well-maintained grounds, a pool that is taken care of every morning. The house was cleaned every other day, with a change of towels. The kitchen has everything you need, dishes, a fire pans, upon arrival there was egg milk salt oil. Washing machine is also available. We had the best stay! We literally have no complaints whatsoever. This was a weekend full of relaxation, nature and sunshine. Vinodh was very accommodating, quick to respond and gave us amazing local recommendations. We loved the free tuk tuk service to and from nearby restaurants. Whenever we had any questions, Vinodh was always super quick to respond and was always helpful. The airbnb has everything you might need from shampoo, insect repellant and lots of yummy snacks and drinks (and water) you can help yourself to. The breakfast each morning was amazing and Vinodh was so flexible with times and dietary requirements. We wished we could have stayed longer as it really is paradise. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous stay! It's beautiful inside and out. The team is great, everyone is very kind and super responsive. The bedroom by the pool is separate from the rest of the house - this worked perfect for us as our pals had kids and they all had the run of the house. Breakfast was amazing. It went above and beyond our expectations. Genuinely thinking of booking again for the autumn.

Villa Vintage is a beautiful authentic home away from home. Although it is big enough for a family, the two of us had a really nice time here. Great place to work and to relax at the same time. The villa is secluded in the green and lush hinterland of Hikkaduwa. Away from all the city noise but at the same time it is very close by and walkable to the heart of Hikkaduwa. We can not recommend this villa enough. Prabhath & Brig Himal are excellent hosts who will do anything to make you feel at home. Easy communication throughout our stay.

This is a fantastic house located inside the walls of the fort with a beatiful view of the waves and sunsets. The house is completely renovated to a very high standard and is kept spotlessly clean by Nissanka and Dammika. They were always at hand when we needed anything and also cooked up excellent western style or sri lankan style breakfast. There is even a pool in the livingroom. A serene place, and yet lots of restaurants and attractions just metres from the gated door. Very impressive place and also very easy to communicate with Colleen, the owner of the property.

It was a very wonderful stay, the overall feeling is very nice to see the sea👍🏻 in the bed, I also saw a super beautiful sunset on the first day, with the sound of the waves every night with this natural white noise the🛌 host also prepared the fruit, very delicious😋 It's a bit of a distance from the central scenic spot,🛺 5 minutes by tuk-tuk to the town, but that's great because a lot of attraction salesmen can be avoided All in all it was great and my friend and I really wanted to keep staying

We had a great time at Tea House Villa. The place is very nice, in the middle on a jungle. The only downside is the way to get there is not very easy. You need a local driver to take you there - it's not very easy to get groceries or food. You need to plan this ahead. Other than that - the villa is very spacious and the pool was refreshing.

Me and my wife like this place so much! The location is the best for house on the beach! The view is amazing, the rooms are clear and comfortable. Hot water and AC in every bedroom. Big living room and comfortable kitchen. Two minutes with Tuk tuk from the city center. And we appreciate the hospitality and help of our host Shashi, who was available at all times!
