The house is meant for families, who are looking to kick back & relax after a long day of exploring Amsterdam. Elegantly & tastefully redesigned in the end of 2016. Three floors! The main living area is open and bright with large doors to the garden. The kitchen caters for every cook's needs. Bike-rental shop only 100m away.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Vanaf deze woning in Amsterdam Noord is alles makkelijk bereikbaar. De binnenstad, musea, creatieve hotspot NDSM, recreatiegebied Twiske of andere toeristische trekpleisters. Op de fiets of met openbaar vervoer ben je er met 5 tot 20 minuten. Toegang voor gasten Gasten hebben toegang tot het hele huis, met uitzondering van een kamer op de eerste verdieping. We vertrouwen erop dat onze gasten met zorg en respect omgaan met de persoonlijke spullen die in en om het huis aanwezig zijn.

Het huis heeft een woonkamer/keuken en de bijkeuken heeft wasmachine, droger en vriezer. In de hal is de wc gesitueerd. Boven zijn de badkamer met douche en wc plus drie slaapkamers. 2 met een 1 persoonsbed en op zolder een slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed. Het huis is inclusief Kees de kat 😊 de allemansvriend

Geniet van ons fijne huis met een mooie tuin. We wonen in een rustige wijk, met vriendelijke buren. De bushalte is net om de hoek, waarmee je rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam kunt reizen. Het is overigens ook slechts 10 minuten rijden naar Amsterdam, dus je bent er zo! Ideaal natuurlijk als je op zoek bent naar een fijne plek om te relaxen na een heerlijke dag in Amsterdam te hebben rondgelopen. Ons huis is enkel geschikt voor families, voor mensen uit het bedrijfsleven of voor stellen.
