Apartment holiday rentals in Amsterdam-Oost

Mariska offers her very cozy appartment in a quiet, but pretty area of Amsterdam with nice houses, super markets, stores and a bike rental service not far away. Several tramways lead to several parts of the city. When we arrived by Taxi, Mariska already waited in the appartment, showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. The appartment is quiet, very beautiful and clean. It has a comfortable double bed and a single bed in a separate room for our kid. The kitchen is very well equipped, but we did not use it often, since there are fantastic restaurants around the corner. All in all, we can highly recommend the appartment and Mariska as its host and will happily return on our next trip to Amsterdam!

The location was perfect. We walked to many places during our stay. The view was wonderful and the condominium was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay in Amsterdam!

Had an amazing few days in Amsterdam at Fatih’s place. The location was fantastic - quiet but close to tons of nice bars and restaurants in Jordaan. Fatih was responsive, and he let me keep my luggage in his own apartment after check-out until I was leaving Amsterdam that evening - hugely appreciated!

Gorgeous apartment, very centrally located in Amsterdam. Very easy to get to from airport - about 30/40minutes away. Lots of lovely areas nearby including a large open air market, canals (very easy to access canal boat trips), coffee shops, restaurants, grocery shops, etc…

A very well equipped apartment with all required amenities. The location is quiet amd close to the city center. Diederik was extremely helpful for various questions during our stay. Highly recommended

Lovely home and wonderful location! This was conveniently located within walking distance to all the museums and city center. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were perfect for our 4 night stay! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

The place is great. A nice upcoming neighbourhood less touristy more like coming home. Hosts are great.

We had an excellent stay at Donald’s apartment! A beautifully designed space, with wonderful high ceilings. The place features an eclectic collection of art and sculpture, some lovely textural touches and a well planned space that was full of light. Donald was a very gracious host. He met us and let us in, and gave a very comprehensive tour of the space, with clear instructions on how to operate everything, from the lights, to the kitchen utilities. He even left us a fresh apple pie and some food and drink in the fridge! Finally, he was very flexible with check in and check out timings. He very graciously let us check out as late as 5pm. Would definitely consider staying again in the future!

Very nice and accommodating hosts in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to the train station and grocery store.

The attentions to the reception and the friendly host immediately made us feel very warm. The house is located in a lively cozy neighborhood and yet we were not bothered by this in the bedrooms at all. We slept well and could hear the birds early in the morning. We may come back with our family.

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The street is so picturesque and we woke up Saturday to a beautiful linen market! Thankyou for hosting us and for your amazing communications! 🧡🧡

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. It's definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

An absolutely perfect location from which to enjoy the city! It's a short tram ride to pretty much anywhere you want to go in town, and a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and lovely canal views. In the summer, being on the top floor may make the inside a bit too warm, but the windows open wide and the rooftop outdoor patio is large, surprisingly quiet, and perfect for relaxation, eating, and conversation if the weather is nice. In other words, the true Amsterdam canal-house stair climb is well worth the effort. Overall a very comfortable studio flat, good wifi connection, and a responsive and respectful host. Very nice apartment, great location, great hosts, very dog-friendly area. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather - unfortunately more rain than sun but we would like to come back and hope for better weather :)

We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained how to operate the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We were always able to reach him via message and he was very helpful. The apartment and jacuzzi are very private so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and pleasant accents were set by fresh flowers.

We had such a great time at Laura’s Airbnb! While it was a long walk to the heart of Amsterdam, there are so many public transportation options close by and they are so easy to navigate. The neighborhood is gorgeous and we would definitely stay again!

Nice accomodation, nice host!

4 days in a small cocoon, the accommodation is very pleasant to live in and has rooms with large spaces. Conveniently located, we did our first day on foot and bike suite, taking the free ferry to reach the city center. The little extras of the accommodation: underground parking, bike garage, rooftop pool (€7.5 per person). Fleur and Jordy were very nice, with good recommendations! Looking forward to coming back 😁
