Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Amsterdam-Zuidoost

We stayed a few nights with our 2 small kids, mainly to visit Amsterdam, and had a wonderful time. The house was great for us, very clean, enough space for everyone, very nice neighbourhood and restaurants and shops were close by bike or walking. We took the car to the nearest train station (Bussum Zuid) with free parking but without kids and less rain, walking would also have been easily possible. Jaap was very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. We would happily come again!

We were traveling by bike and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly hostess. Thank you very much for this great start to the day. We felt totally comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). Actually a real insider tip, ....psst,but don't tell anyone :-) Thank you, Inge and Ben for the great time! Thomas & Astrid

We had great days at Richard's house! The location is excellent, nice and quiet and with the lake of course great for refreshing. We rented the boat and also spent a nice time on the water and the larger lake. The house has everything you need, air-conditioned rooms were perfect on the hot days. Sitting together on the terrace by the lake in the evening, great! You can't go wrong with the house and would book it again and again.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

A sweet little house with panoramic views of the garden in a quiet location in an idyllic place. I found the location perfect...short walk to the bus stop, very good bus connections to Amsterdam and the surrounding area and yet quiet and relaxing after a busy day in Amsterdam. The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Joost was an amazing host to me and my family! It was the first time that we were traveling abroad with our 11mo son and he made us feel right at home- even had a travel crib set up upon arrival. The location is very convenient - right above a coffee shop which Joost gives vouchers for :) very walkable and overall great space!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment on the water gave us the full Utrecht vibes we were looking for on our visit. It was right in the middle of everything, super easy to explore, and made us feel like part of the Utrecht scene. Watching the boats in the evening was a major highlight of our trip. My whole family agreed, we would love to go back and stay there!

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

If this listing is available, I recommend you book it, there is only positives to this place. Conveniently located with great views in a spacious and well decorated place, it felt like a home with reasonable setup for a baby (crib, gate at the stairs). Hosts are lovely and responsive. The place felt very safe.

We have had the most fantastic stay with Joek . He is a super lovely guy and his accommodation was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage sons . Brilliant placed for local shops , eating etc and a short ride by train into the centre . We went to a concert at the Ziggo Dome which was a 10 minute walk . Joek is helpful , relaxed and accommodating . Would definitely go back, and totally recommend it . Thanks Joek !

An excellent place to stay just next to Amsterdam, great location and extremely friendly hosts !

I enjoyed my stay in Muiderberg. I needed a convenient place to stay for one night in between moving house and this apartment was the perfect solution. The host was very flexible with the check-in time and even let me park a large van in her driveway. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and had a nice atmosphere. It's actually much nicer than the photos used on Airbnb. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay nearby Amsterdam or to someone who wants some days away in a cute dutch town.

This place is just beautiful! Even more than I expected.

Our stay at Hans’ place was fantastic. It was exactly as described - neat and clean, with great amenities and in an excellent location. Hans is incredibly friendly and a wonderful host. He provided a map of the city with tons of recommendations, and the bikes were so great for getting around. There were nice touches like that all throughout his place, it’s obvious how much he cares about creating a welcoming environment. If you have the opportunity to stay here I can’t recommend it enough. This is everything Airbnb is supposed to be.

Max is incredibly helpful. The apartment is modern, stylish and in a great location for visiting Amsterdam. The streetcar is just around the corner as is a market and numerous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront home. The location is fantastic and the area offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – their tips for excursions and activities were very valuable. The apartment itself is very luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this place!

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. It's definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

It was an overall very pleasant stay which i enjoyed a lot. Wilma and her family are warm-hearted and absolutely welcoming. The apartment is very nice and exactly as described.

Ester’s condo was the cleanest and coziest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. My husband and I stayed for four days and the space, which is beautifully decorated, exceeded our expectations. Ester, who was an outstanding communicator, greeted us and provided personalized recommendations for activites during our stay. The entire condo was spotless and the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. The balcony was also a great spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. Adding to its quality, the condo is located conveniently near many restaurants, shops, and public transportation into downtown Amsterdam. We would definitely stay again and encourage anyone in the area to do so as well!
