Sophie is a very open and emphatic hostess. You feel welcome straight away. The apartment exactly matches the description. Everything was very clean and the equipment perfect. The value for money was perfectly consistent. Since we have many years of experience with vacation homes and apartments, we can recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

We liked the accommodation very much. It was very clean and tidy. The roof terrace was our personal highlight. The contact with Rebecca and Steffen was also very straightforward and friendly.

Unfortunately, we were only guests of Bruni and Peter for a week and were thrilled from the first second. We were warmly welcomed and our hosts were very helpful and extremely likeable, but never intrusive. The apartment is an absolute dream, all details super loving and tasteful, well equipped (Bosch, Siemens instead of usual cheap goods) and unusually high quality in all details. Very large bedrooms with excellent beds, fly screens everywhere (nowhere (!!!) crushed mosquitoes!!), and of course a fantastic balcony with a view up to the Alps and a little bit of Lake Constance was also visible. If you want a real German countryside experience, this is it! The farmyard is beautiful and cozy, with a touch of old-world charm. We really liked it 😊

We booked the accommodation for three nights and were very satisfied with the living ambience, the furnishings and the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures in the advertisement and is furnished to a high standard. There is plenty of space for two people. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The location was a bit off the beaten path in the middle of orchards, very ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. You have to ride your bike for about 30 minutes to get to Friedrichshafen (the next town on the lake). We took beautiful bike tours with our e-bikes every day. There are very nice bike paths and many restaurants and cafes to stop at on Lake Constance. Sarah was always quick to reach for us. We found it a pity that we could not charge our e-bikes outside at the carport. Charging the battery in the apartment was possible, but with permanently integrated batteries, there was no way to charge them outside. A bicycle cellar with access to electricity would be ideal.

The apartment is strategically very located. You can walk to the forest in 5 minutes, drive to Ravensburg in 15 minutes, and drive to Lindau, Meerseburg, or Pfänder in 30-45 minutes. The apartment offers every comfort to spend beautiful days. The kitchen equipment is great, you can take care of yourself very well. The living and dining area are cozy and spacious. The bathroom is large and superbly equipped, with bath and shower, ideal after long hikes. The beds are super comfortable, you can sleep wonderfully. Thomas is a very good host who always has an ear for the wishes and needs and was there to help me with good tips and advice. Thank you, I had a great timeout. Take care, Mia

We felt very comfortable in the spacious apartment. The reception was very friendly and we were able to park our motorcycles safely and dry. The nearby shopping facilities were also great and we enjoyed the beautiful area around Kießling very much. Thank you for everything!!!

The apartment with the beautiful garden is absolutely recommended! You are greeted by the horses and everything is very lovingly designed. There is something blooming everywhere and there is a lot to see. It was perfect with a dog - enough meadow and walking opportunities right outside the door. Short distances for errands (10 minutes) and for larger purchases (20 minutes). There are fresh flowers in the room and everything is very nicely decorated. The contact was friendly and the two are there to help and advise. So we would definitely come back!

My wife and I stayed for 5 days and I didn't want to leave. We used Manuels place to read leasiurly in the mornings and as a base to explore the area and we're very happy with how peaceful and property is. Manueal has done a great job on the renovations. the apartment is trendy, comfortable and clutter free. Manuael and Jo's partner are also super friendly and extremely helpful. We were also loved going into Wangen each day which was a short drive or ride to the old town where we enjoyed some exquisite food.

Great stay for exploring four countries in a weekend we were able to drive within an hour and a half from the apartment from the Swiss Alps, Lichtenstein Valduz Castle, Germany ‘s Neuschwanstein and a local Austrian waterfall hike. 2 large bedrooms, kitchen. Patio, living room and outdoor space. Netto grocery store 5 minutes drive. Pizzeria restaurant at end of the road. Must have a car to get around.

The well-equipped apartment is located in the charming wine village of Nonnenhorn, from which you can explore and enjoy one of the most beautiful sections of Lake Bieden and its hinterland: on foot from the apartment, by bike or boat, or from the nearby train station with the free regional trains. We felt comfortable in the apartment, not least because of its personal atmosphere with many artistically remarkable photographs of various landscapes. We communicated nicely with Martina, but unfortunately we could not get to know her personally, because she was traveling herself. Maybe it'll work next time. Looking forward to it.

We were positively surprised, because it is there as in the pictures: all rooms are lovingly and cozily furnished, the balcony is very comfortable, we were immediately greeted very friendly and reserved but always attentive during our stay. In the kitchen there was everything, even coffee and - filter, a few spices. Even a washing machine and washing powder were there - for emergencies. A few drinks were lovingly provided. In short, a place of peace and friendliness. Thank you very much for the time with you!

I felt very comfortable with Carolin from the beginning and would be happy to come back. Carolin is very nice and uncomplicated, the communication and check-in worked great. The apartment is quiet, tastefully furnished and large with a new bathroom with washing machine and separate bedroom and a super large fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee machines, dishes, pots and pans and a beautiful balcony with great chestnut view. WiFi and TV work well. There is a discount for long-term stays. In the neighboring village there is a very good bakery, where there are also peppers, tomatoes, lettuce and dairy products. Other shopping facilities can be reached by car in a quarter of an hour. The Degersee is recommended for swimming (a quarter of an hour by car), while both Tettnanger Freibäder only open when the sky is cloudless and it is very hot, it is a pity if you like to swim, Tettnang and Obereisenbach have to improve

Nice cozy place with a great view of the town and mountains. Balcony for enjoyment outside after a long day of sightseeing. Easy access via various routes to the Alpine Road and Romantic Road. Community garden and cows in the forest contributes to the nice ambience of the place. Christof really cares about ensuring the enjoyment of his guests and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

The four of us had a very nice time. Modernly decorated and spacious. Any questions were always answered very promptly. For the journey by car, there are plenty of parking spaces and the surroundings offer many excursion possibilities. Gladly again:)

it was great to stay on the real farm!

We used the accommodation for a weekend together with friends and felt very comfortable. Elke is a super host and the apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation. The four of us are a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you spend more time outside than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. We thank you very much for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others
