There is a small wood burning stove in the Shepherds hut with kindling provided. Towels and bedding are also provided.

Our studio apt is in the heart of Carraroe, 10 min walk will get you to the village where you'll find pubs, restaurant, shop, chemist and library, there's 4 beaches, the unique coral beach ( Tra an Doilin) is only a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20-25 minute walk ,well worth the walk, 10 min drive will get you to Ros a' mhíl (Rossaveal) port where you can get a ferry to the Aran Islands, we have high speed internet in the apt, you can catch a bus frequently to Galway city down on the main strip

Set in the splendid isolation of South Connemara, Keeper’s cottage is one of two neighbouring cottages in the grounds of Fermoyle Lodge, a Victorian fishing lodge built in 1875. Cladach is a self contained apartment with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area and balcony. It is attached to the owner's residence so we are there if you need us.
