Two-storey house with independent entrance. It is located about 2-3km from Positano center. house near the beach of Laurito where the restaurant "Da Adolfo" is located. The house has a large panoramic terrace from where is possible observe the town of Positano, the island of Capri, the Li Galli island and the Faraglioni. Beautiful panoramic residence, surrounded by greenery, with elegant and refined furnishings. The house is surrounded by a large terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire island of Capri. It is 15 minutes from the square, a few minutes from the sea stacks and the natural arch. In 2022, the bathrooms were renovated and two showers with new sanitary ware were built. To get to the villa you have to take an uphill path.
