Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

You can see and faintly hear Disneyland from the property. You have a perfect front row view of the fireworks at night. Sit on the porch and enjoy the show. The back yard is fully enclosed and has a 4 hole miniature golf course. Great to keep the kiddos corralled and entertained. Four bedroom house great for kids.
