Apartment for 4 people, located at the foot of the slopes of the ski resort of Chaillol, at the foot of the Ecrins National Park and at the start of many hikes. South-facing exposition with a magnificent view of the entire Champsaur valley. 10 minutes from the Champsaur lake and the activities of the valley. The accommodation consists of a separate sleeping area, with a double bed. As well as 2 bunk beds. A kitchen stay equipped with induction hob, Nespresso machine, combined microwave oven.

The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
