We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

The garden is at your disposal.

Located in LA CHAPELLE SAINT FLORENT, at the crossroads of Nantes-Cholet-Angers. (Bed linen and towels not provided, only as an extra, included from 5 nights.) Spacious, clean and warm accommodation in the village village with balcony and courtyard; located above a hairdressing salon. Accessible by an external staircase. There is no cleaning fee as this must be done before your departure, thank you🙂.

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, WC and equipped kitchen as well as an independent entrance (shared with our cats). As the terrain is sloping, a few steps lead to the entrance to the studio.
