This picturesque village is perched on the slopes of the Mauges and offers a beautiful view of the Loire. It is an ideal destination for lovers of nature, heritage and tranquility, away from the tourist crowds. The apartment is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people with the convertible sofa bed on the ground floor. Bicycles or motorcycles can also be parked upon request.

You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).

It has 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, WC and equipped kitchen as well as an independent entrance (shared with our cats). As the terrain is sloping, a few steps lead to the entrance to the studio.
