Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

Venez vous balader sur les chemins de randonnée à proximité, faire du paddle, vous relaxer dans l'espace détente ( spa en option) ou encore dîner dans un charmant petit jardin ouvert aménagé sur les berges, à quelques mètres du Cottage. A few kilometers from Nantes and the Loire, this place will be perfect for discovering the region (Châteaux de la Loire, Machines de Nantes, La Loire à Vélo, hiking, the Atlantic coast 1 hour away, theme parks: Zoo de la Boissière du Doré, Natural Parc, Terrabotanica, Puy du Fou, etc.)

In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

NO PARTIES, CIGARETTES, OR DRIED FOOD! Duplex cottage in a very quiet, wooded setting, 2 minutes by car from the Nantes ring road. Easy parking on site, even for large vehicles. We live in the adjoining house on the right, but the accommodation offered is completely independent. The garden is large and shared, and part of the furnished terrace is entirely for your use. Forest walks are within easy walking distance!

Le Noyer - 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family rural gite

This 130 m² 4 bedroom gite comes fully equipped and has been renovated to a comfortable standard.  It can sleep 10 people (including children) plus a babies cot.  This gite is ideal for a large family or two families/friends sharing. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. There is a shared heated outdoor pool, petanque and ping pong. There are 3 other gites on site, these can be rented together.
