Excellent view and perfect for traveling nomads! I stayed here for a month and throughly enjoyed it! The apartment sits atop the hill with one of the best views in the area. 5 mins away from the beach and anything else you could need. Communication was super fast and responsive. Overall I had a great stay!

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

We had a fantastic and luxurious 10 night stay! The apartment has amazing views and is very central to Kata beach, shops and restaurants. Jeremy was very responsive and the apartments were well equiped with everything you'd want for a small family of four.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Patong! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool. The views were incredible, especially at sunset, and it was the perfect place to relax after exploring the town or spending time at the beach. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a hassle-free stay — great air conditioning, a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi and a kitchen. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, it was the perfect base for my time in Patong. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing spot near the beach.

Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

Genuinely one of the most beautiful places we've stayed at whilst in Thailand, private and peaceful yet not to far from great restaurants and fun activities, Achiraya was very helpful and attentive, with local recommendations and making sure we were comfortable 😊 can't recommend this place enough !

A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

What an amazing experience at Daniel’s place. He is very friendly and responds immediately. The apartment is very clean and private, even better than the pictures. Close to restaurants and easy to get around. Daniel gave great recommendations and was available for questions throughout our stay. We felt right at home. We highly recommend Daniel’s place. Just a 7-minute walk from Patong Beach – one of the most fun (and delightfully chaotic!) places we've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I spent a month here and had one of the best times of our lives. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Number 6 (about 15 minutes on foot) and Yan Zhao (open 24/7 – they serve fresh pasta, and we think that’s the name!). The apartment itself is great – comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, perfect if you're working remotely. And bonus: there’s an amazing massage spot right on the ground floor. Only 150 baht for a seriously good massage!

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

Per and Sirilak are by far the most welcoming hosts I’ve had — and I’ve done quite a few trips through Airbnb. Communication was great from start to finish. They helped us arrange the airport transfer and kindly allowed both early check-in and late check-out. The apartment itself is lovely, well-equipped, and we didn’t miss anything during our stay.
