I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The view was absolutely perfect even better than the photos. The host was super friendly and gave some great local recommendations that made the trip even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment was decorated with a luxurious touch and felt like a high-end hotel. The building and surrounding area were very safe, which gave me great peace of mind. Everything was within walking distance, and having a great mall right across the street was a huge plus. This place definitely deserves 5 stars—highly recommend!

I loved everything about this place and I wish I could’ve stayed. Everything was spotless, the view is amazing and in a safe neighborhood and quiet neighborhood. Everything matches the pictures, the host is very responsive and I would definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

It's a lovely place, walking was very easy and close to explore the colonial area, even at night, it has everything mentioned in the publication and as an extra detail he left us some bottles of water in the refrigerator and coffee sachets, very rich by the way, the people are very friendly, in front of the accommodation they sell tasty barbecue, served by Eduard, (chaplain chef) a very friendly man, in case you return to the accommodation late and hungry🤭. In general everything was very good, thank you very much to the host. I would definitely come back.

As super hosts, we highly appreciated the quality of Etienne's apartment: is spotless and very well-equipped, with nothing missing! It is at the best location in the colonial city, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all the sites of interest within walking distance; at the same time, it's VERY quiet for sleeping. We’ll definitely stay here on every visit to Santo Domingo. Como super hosts, apreciamos altamente la calidad del apartamento de Etienne: es impecable y está muy bien equipado, no falta nada! Está en la mejor ubicación en la ciudad colonial, con restaurantes, super, farmacias y los lugares de interés, para visitar a pie; al mismo tiempo es MUY silencioso para dormir. I loved the accommodation, close to everything, very good price for the comfort. It is on the 5th floor, but it is understandable that it is because of the Jacuzzi. It is totally worth it, all private. My partner and I had a great time in the accommodation and Sheila was very helpful and attentive to every little detail. Worth every penny. Not ashamed yo say this is not my first time staying here and def wont be my last., Everything is close and plenty to do walking distance. Very secure building with helpful staff including hosts. Private large terrace with a nice jacuzzi to enjoy the great view is all i needed. Trust me and just rent it you’ll agree and then some! I’ve been around a bit. No, that’s too modest. I’ve been around a lot. Harold’s Penthouse (my personal name for it) is among the best. Very spacious, lots of lot and all the amenities. You can tell when someone puts love in a place. I can live in a cave (I wouldn’t give a cave a great review), so I am good with sleeping in a dry spot. With that, what’s important to me is how my guests faired. They loved it. I did too. If you plan a trip to Boca Chica, step out a bit farther to Dolio. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Harold for the use. And thank you Israel (on site man). He was veeeeery thorough with the explanations of the where and when. Check it out if you plan to stay in the area.
