Everything's perfect

We had a great stay in Juan Dolio, in a peaceful corner slightly set back from the tourist center, which allowed us to enjoy a quiet setting, almost as if the place belonged to us. The accommodation was pleasant and in line with our expectations, and the staff as well as the building service were simply the best: discreet, professional and always available. A real little haven of peace that we recommend without hesitation!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless and well-equipped, providing all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and offered excellent recommendations for local attractions, making my visit truly memorable.

Good place and service, do not neglect it.

David's place was amazing, located a few minutes from the beautiful Juan Dolio beach and close to good restaurants. The only thing was that the jacuzzi did not heat up as mentioned in the ad. Apart from that, I would definitely stay in David's place again.

This place is safe and close to high end restaurants. The balcony has an awesome view of the area.

Internet access was deficient when I arrived so I could work online. After mentioning this to Norma she had an excellent fiber optic access installed for remote work. I will definitely go back. Thank you Norma.

The contact with America was great. She always responded quickly and was friendly. The place has been great for our stay. We were 5 adults, 2 children and a small dog. The accommodation was an ideal fit. There is 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Another bedroom with a double bed and a room for 3 people with single and bunk bed. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. As well as upstairs a bathroom and on the ground floor as well. The living room is equipped with TV and Netflix as well as with fan. There is a great big dining table as well as a well equipped kitchen. Stove, oven, sink, microwave and large fridge are available. In the same way, there would be a washing machine if needed. There is a completely covered and glazed terrace here you can also make BBQ or play domino in a social circle. There is a shared pool. Great place to stay, we felt comfortable.

Great Place, all expectations were exceeded

Nice place with a beautiful view. It’s very spacious and gives a nice outside feel while still being inside. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great view in a nice place.

José Luis continues to be a fantastic long-term host who takes great care of the property. He’s always respectful and considerate, and I enjoy being his guest. I highly recommend José Luis’s place!

Beautiful quiet place

Excellent accommodation and very central, great for anyone who wants to get to know Santo Domingo.

My experience staying in Kelvin Reynord's space was excellent from start to finish. From the first moment, Kelvin was attentive, friendly and always willing to help. Communication was fast and clear, which made the whole process very simple. The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped and as shown in the photos. You can tell that Kelvin takes care of every detail so guests feel at home. Also, it had some special touches that made a difference, like local recommendations and a warm welcome.

Great home will definitely rent again

This is a great condo on a beautiful beach. 5th floor location with gorgeous views of the beach right near the elevator. Space has all that you need to live comfortably. A little wear and tear from being in a beach climate, but doesn’t detract from the experience.

We had an amazing time there

Lovely location with an amazing view at a reasonable price. Hosts were very responsive. We were very happy with our stay and would have extended for another month if the unit hadn't already been booked. Very comfortable bed. A binder in the unit with info for tenants would be a useful addition and saved us reaching out to the hosts or having to ask the concierge at the resort.

The place is just like the pictures. Convenient location. Lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

I highly recommend it, we stayed for a few days with family and everything was great. Doña Carmen is a lovely lady always willing to help, same with Any she was a great host, we are definitely coming back there. We are very thankful:)

Always great hospitality

the first time I went to Jose and Martina's villa was amazing but now with all the updates is even more beautiful 😍 This time I took Martina's recommendation to have Maribel help us out with the cooking and it was the best decision I ever made, she was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs.
