Room for 2 adults + 1 or 2 children. Kitchen, bathroom, sleeping alcove with pull-out bed 90-180 wide * 200 cm, sleeping loft 105 * 210 cm. Floor heating. Near the house is the area's common pool (open summertime), mini golf, boule court, tennis court, football pitch and playground. Also close to Västersjön and beautiful hiking trails. Warm welcome!

Our 55 sqm cottage invites you to a lovely hangout with family or friends regardless of the season. In the summer months, in addition to the common pool only 100 meters away or the West Lake swimming area, there are many nice beaches within close reach such as Ängelholm, Båstad and Vejby beach and more. During autumn and spring, nature invites you to wonderful hikes and excursions. In winter, cross-country skiing is offered nearby.

The accommodation is perfect as a base when you want to explore the Bjäre peninsula. Torekov & Båstad is about 20 minutes away by car.

The cottage is 67 sqm with three bedrooms, a large living room with open plan, fireplace and exit to newly built large balcony. TV is available with access to Netflix (own account required), YouTube and SVT Play. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher - all appliances are new. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. The entire cottage has undergone a total renovation, completed in the summer of 2019. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis where you live with nature right at your doorstep. The cottage is cozy and simple and invites you to spend a while by the fireplace. Nice forest trails, playground, tennis court and sauna are in the area and Västersjön is beautifully located a bit away. Longer hiking trails can be found at Djurholmen Nature Reserve. Cleaning is done by you, otherwise there is a fee of SEK 800. Bring your own bed linens and bath towels. Welcome from the Johansson Family!

Located in Ugglehult, a quiet neighbourhood on the south-facing side of Bjärehalvön, one of Sweden's most beautiful peninsulas. Västersjön Lake, where you can swim, fish, or go stand-up paddle-boarding, is only a 10-minute walk away. A huge garden surrounds the house and it's the perfect place if you come with a dog.
