Living on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600. During the winter season 11/1-3/1 we are closed for bookings.

The guest cleans up after themselves and is responsible for leaving the cottage in the condition it was received.

If you want to get to the city's pulse or the sea, you are only a 15-minute drive away. You will enjoy the location, silence and view of the place. Our place is good for couples and families with children. On the farm we have a farm shop where we sell locally grown, eggs from our chickens and decor details for home and garden. Cozy house of 65 sqm, the accommodation has been refreshed 2025 with new interior design, freshly painted facades and solar cells on the roof in 2021. Within a radius of approx. 10 30 minutes you will find i.a. golf, padel courts, flea markets, museums, beaches, various cities, cycle paths, national parks, Skåneleden and moose safaris.

Welcome to this cozy red cottage with its own garden with berry bushes and fruit trees located only 600 meters from a lovely beach. Trains and buses are very close, so it's easy to get here and discover the surroundings. For those of you who like to cycle, Kattegattleden is around the corner, and there is plenty of room for parking if you come by car. A nice place for a peaceful and pleasant stay! On the property, there is another house but you have separate gardens.

Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

Comfortable walking distance to the beach and the sea, the harbor with restaurants and Kronoskogen with cozy trails and running tracks 2.5 km to the center with good bus connections.
