Our apartment located in the city center of Angoulême (500 m from the train station) was completely renovated at the end of 2019. It has many advantages to bring all the comfort you would need for your business trips, family stays or even stealthy visits to the capital of comics with friends! Perfectly equipped, it consists of an open kitchen with a living/dining room area, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a common courtyard, all in a quiet place.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

For a leisure or professional stay, take advantage of its interior courtyard, its large bedroom with a 180cm bed and all its amenities.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
