At the foot of the Charente where walks on the paths of the Coulée Verte await you. For the curious, the house is 20 meters from the Comic Book Museum as well as the Paper Museum. 7 minutes from the train station. Angoulême is very well served by a very efficient bus network. Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
