Our cottage is located in Yvoir, in the middle of the most beautiful villages of Wallonia (Crupet, Spontin, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the main roads (E411-N4), in the Meuse Valley, between Dinant and Namur, close to the Bocq Valley and the Molignée (Maredsous, etc.) and a stone's throw from the climbing area. Our cottage is quiet at the bottom of a cul-de-sac with direct access to the many country roads that cross fields and woods where you can walk or mountain bike.

Enjoy your neighbors donkeys, alpacas goats, rabbits and of 2 large Aras living in the trees. you will see them flying in the morning. located in Annevoie 10 min from all shops between Namur and Dinant.

La maison est composée de 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain (douche) & un WC séparé. Notre village est situé à quelques kilomètres de Maredsous et son abbaye ainsi que de Dinant. Nous parlons français et anglais.

This is the ideal place for both a quiet and an active vacation or weekend. The property is rented in 3 formulas: midweek (Mon 4pm to Fri 1pm) weekend (free 4pm to Sun 1pm) week (midweek+weekend)
