Waterfront holiday rentals in Anini Beach

Greg’s place was absolutely incredible and I wish we stayed there way longer than what we did. The location is perfect, the place itself was perfect! His place had literally everything that we needed and don’t even get me started on the views. You get views from the front and the back. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come back to Hawaii 1000%!

We’ve stayed in Baby’s Beach area and Koloa before but never at Kuhio Shores. We really enjoyed location and the unit! The stove wasn’t working properly so that was a bummer as it disrupted a couple meals we planned to make but they were very responsive and came to unit to assess situation. We would stay here again.

Place was clean. View was great. Had some trouble with people parking in our designated parking spot but the property manager was very responsive. Would stay here again :)

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. The condo had everything we needed and all that you’d need to have a great beach day (snorkels, umbrella, chairs, towels, etc). Easy check in and free parking. The facility across the road for a pool, outdoor gym, etc., was a nice touch and something we enjoyed utilizing. 10 min walk to the beach and a cute area for dinner, we recommend Keoki’s paradise for drinks. A 5 minute walk to a great breakfast cafe, little fish. Overall we would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Pono Kai. The lanai faced directly out over the ocean. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning. The beach was very private and not that many people. Beautiful sand and the waves were very calm. There were also a lot of shops within walking distance of our unit. Also, the long walking path was right outside the condo so we were able to go for nice walks every morning.

I don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay on our honeymoon than Aloha Kai. Jon’s place is modern and immaculate with a homey feel and all the amenities you could ask for. He is a responsive host and it was apparent he wanted us to have a memorable stay. Kapaa is an excellent area with lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance yet not overly crowded. My wife and I can’t wait to return! 10/10 would recommend Jon’s Aloha Kai paradise!

If this place finds you at anything less than 5/5 you probably need to see a therapist. The most beautiful Airbnb we've ever stayed at!

Danielle’s place perfectly matched the pictures and description. Nicely updated interior, clean and modern, completely free of any clutter. It was wonderful waking up to the sunrise over the ocean every morning. A fun little hike to the secluded beach. The community pool was quiet and relaxing with a nice view of the ocean thrown in. All and all a great place and nice locale for all that surrounded the area.

Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

Perfect condo for an island getaway. The condo matched the pictures and was relaxing and comfortable. Perfect place to come back to after a long day of beach adventures. Would definitely stay here again!

Rohit’s home was wonderful for our group of 8! We loved being on the ocean! You couldn’t necessarily swim much right there but the view was spectacular! And in Kapaa there is a lot to do and you are close to getting anything you need. There were so many things in the home for a beach day that we really didn’t need to bring as much as we did. The kitchen had a lot of items already on there that were really useful. We had a small little leak on the dishwasher that we notified him about to just make him aware and he had someone there in 45 minutes to fix it and we did not expect anyone to come out for something so minor so quickly. Hot water supply was great even with 8 people showering. I did have an issue with AirBnB and not Rohit himself, but he was quite helpful trying to help get the problem resolved. Would definitely recommend staying in this home that is centrally located on the island.

An incredible, private and comfortable detached Ohana in a beautiful neighborhood. Conveniently located and walkable to numerous shops, restaurants and the ocean (beaches). We met the owners-sweet, cheery and kind people. Thank you both!! Shaka to you both!! We would definitely stay again in the future. :-) Aloha & Mahalo!!

We have stayed at many different properties of Susanne’s over the years, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Exactly as depicted in the ad. Super clean and super convenient. We can’t wait to come back to Kauai and stay in one of Susanne’s properties in the future.

The house was great for a group! Check-in/out was keyless but couldn’t do either early or late. Didn’t hear from Jake during our stay

Overall we had a wonderful stay at Rico and Cinzia's place. Everything was clean and you are right up against rocks with water crashing against them. You can see turtles swimming and even spinner dolphin's one day. It is within walking distance to Poipu beach where you can rent snorkels, boogie boards and surf boards. Also, within walking or driving distance to The Grand Hyatt that has wonderful restaurants or Shipwreck Beach that is a great beach and has an easy explorative walk/hike. If I had one critique it would be for stocking the house a bit more with simple things like pens, games, parchment paper or storage bags.

What a pleasure it was to stay at Kendall's! The home was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed from baking dishes, herbs to beach chairs and a cooler. The home was beautifully decorated and having two separate floors for our party of 5 was really wonderful. We really enjoyed having every meal out on the lanai. Having such close access to the beach, Waimea Canyon and more was really fantastic! The cherry-on-top was Kendall's dog Piper, who adopted my family for the week. Both Kendall and Joel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My parents are already talking about wanting to come back to their home! I couldn't this place recommend more!

Matthew’s place was an absolute dream! Thoughtfully designed and full of charm, with a breathtaking view — truly a hidden gem. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We were a bit worried about not having A/C, but it turned out we didn’t need it — the ocean breeze was perfect. We also loved having access to beach gear and bikes — such a fun bonus! We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

Wonderful condo and location for North Shore adventures. Having walkable access to Hideaway Beach is such a huge perk! We visited the beach most days and it was never crowded with great snorkeling. The condo itself is very spacious and clean. Our family felt like we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. We were spoiled with daily whale sightings from the kitchen/dining room windows and beautiful lanai. Really exceeded our expectations, would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay! Summer’s place was clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. She had snorkel gear, boogie boards, and extra toiletries that really helped us! We also loved all the recommendations she gave us on what to do. The area was private but walkable to restaurants and the beach!

This was a fantastic stay for my fiancee and I. Such a great location in Princeville that was located a short drive from most of the places we wanted to visit. The place was also very clean. We would gladly stay again at this airbnb.

We had an amazing stay at Gail’s place on the Ocean. Poipu beach was within walking distance, and it was an easy drive to several awesome sights and great restaurants. The views and ocean sounds were incredible. Gail was super helpful and communication was easy.

I stayed at this place with 2 kids. Beach is 1 min from the entry door, very safe and peaceful. Not crowded beach at all. Great small restaurants right there. Parking available. Cute little place perfect for us. Patricia and Katie was always ready to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. Very beautiful surroundings, roosters, chickens, small chicks and different kinds of birds everywhere which we found very cute. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you!
