Highly upgraded and completely renovated. Enjoy a unique open floorplan. Direct oceanfront views! Tastefully done with state of the art appliances, teak wood cabinets and the finest touches. The condo is sparkling clean! Our condo does not operate as transient quarters. As per Honolulu laws, we may only book one rental per 30 day period. Our minimum requirement is 10 nights. Imagine feeling the warmth as you close your eyes and listen to the ocean waves - Bliss! The condo is attractive with many special touches. There is ample counter space in the kitchen with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cutting boards, knives, place mats etc to cook, which was much appreciated as we do like to eat at home. There is a Sub Zero refrigerator, glass electric cooktop as well as a Kitchenaid Convection Oven/Microwave combo that worked very well for our needs. There is a portable air conditioner in the bedroom which came in very handy at night. The bed was comfortable, although a little high up if you are very short. There was ample bedding and pillows. There are plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion etc in the bathroom and under the bathroom counter, which was very appreciated. I recommend bringing flip flops or shower shoes for the shower which is beautiful, but has a raised rock concrete floor which is not comfortable on bare feet. There is an outside closet that contains beach chairs, umbrella and badminton paddles and balls, a pool noodle etc and even a wagon to carry things if you are going to the beach. There is a badminton table in a rec room next to the small pool, as well as nice bathroom facilities for the whole building. Lastly this is a secure building with security guards and the parking lot is gated and fenced.”
