This is a very small space that is meant to serve the basic needs of travelers on a budget. Comfortable, clean, detached studio guesthouse conveniently located close to downtown Kailua-Kona yet removed from the hustle and bustle in a residential neighborhood. 20 minutes from the airport.
“This spot is excellent if you need a spot to stay close to the airport! The bed was super comfortable and the host provided us with two towels! There were two fans to keep you nice and cool. Ideal for a couple or solo traveller. We were only there for one night and was staying at another Airbnb for the week. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it wasn’t the most clean.. it smelled a little musty and there were splatters all over the mirror in the bathroom.. it’s super convenient but I probably wouldn’t stay here for more than a night or two..with that being said the host was very quick to respond and overall was a pleasant interaction/experience.”

Far from any roads, the dominant sounds are the many birds who make their homes in the surrounding trees. This is a thoughtfully furnished home with an open layout, on a Kona coffee farm, just bring your food and clothes for which ever adventure you intend; leave the accommodations and ambiance to us and Hawaii.
“Nice cottage with convenient access to various places. Amenities are nice. My wife and I cooked most nights and had everything we needed. Cooler and some other items were nice to have on hand as well. Coqui frogs are singing every night, so can get loud. Rained most nights at higher elevation. Nice and secluded and easy to find. We had a nice stay.”

It has everything needed for a great vacation: a condo pool & grills, a hot tub, a beach within 1/2mi, and less than 2 min walk to all the restaurants. In this condo you can wake up watching the sunrise over the condo's pool. You'll be in the center of it all and yet have your peace in this condo.
“We really enjoyed our stay at Soraya's place for a weekend getaway. The condo is centrally located in town and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops. The unit looks just like the photos. Everything was clean and new. Soraya was easy and quick to communicate with. We appreciated the little extras like beach chairs/umbrella/cooler that we could borrow, kitchenware. Parking is limited at the complex but plenty of street parking on Kuakini hwy. Would definitely stay here again!”
