Open space in the historical centre, Cavana area

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Old Sea Urchin Stable

A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

Top relax house

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

CASA ZEN, Central, Wi-fi, Air conditioning, Quiet

Casa Zen si trova in un palazzo storico, in via San Nicolò, principale via pedonale della città. Questa via è centralissima, in una zona ricca di storia, dove si trovano tutte le attività culturali, commerciali e i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno durante il soggiorno. Casa Zen dista 200 m dalla splendida Piazza Unità d'Italia, 100 m dal Canale Ponterosso, Piazza della Borsa e a 1 minuto da Molo Audace. Dalla stazione ferroviaria si arriva a piedi in 5/10 minuti.

L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di un edificio situato in centro città, a 600 metri dal Castello di San Giusto e a 800 metri da Corso Italia e da via Carducci. La posizione strategica consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti, sia a piedi che in autobus, tutte le zone della città. L'alloggio è molto luminoso e gode di una splendida vista sulla città e sul Carso triestino. È arredato con mobili in legno fatti su misura e con decorazioni artigianali.

Appartamento di 50m2, completamente ristrutturato nel gennaio 2023, adatto per 4 persone che desiderano esplorare a piedi la città. Mansarda è composta da grande soggiorno con salotto, cucina, bagno e grande camera da letto. Ultimo piano senza ascensore (quinto)! La casa sarà a vostra esclusiva disposizione, nessun spazio condiviso.
