Garrett and Tiffani made their place feel like home. Perfect layout for our large family. Lots of fun things for our kids of every age to do. Plenty of space as well. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to parks and food. The hosts quickly responded to any inquiries and were great at overall information regarding the rental. We would definitely stay here again. My littles loved the red house. 100% recommend the house and hosts.

Place really felt like home. I will definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area.

My family and I stayed here while visiting Des Moines. The house was perfect for us. Everything seemed very new and clean and the check- in and check-out process were a breeze. We enjoyed our stay!

This little home was so perfect in every way. They had fun activities like board games and toys for kids. The kitchen was wonderful and had a few snacks in place, which was extremely thoughtful. We enjoyed the train going by (it wasn't very loud and passed by relatively quick). The bed was so comfy after a day of exploring Iowa! Overall, I really enjoyed our stay in Iowa. It felt like a like a perfect little home away from home. Now, I can't wait for us to come back to visit again!

We had a great time! This was a perfect, private space for myself, my husband, and our dog to hang out during the week leading up to our wedding in Des Moines. We sat for hours in the backyard Adirondack chairs soaking up the beautiful spring Iowa weather. The neighborhood was also very walkable and safe. Super clean and had all the amenities we needed!

Location exactly as described. It was perfect for us. Felt safe the entire time. Comfortable furniture. Would definitely stay in this location again and would check here first

Menika check in prior to our stay and during our stay just to make sure everything was going well. Lovely home, loved the couches! We felt very at home and comfortable. It was great to have so much space and so many bathrooms!

Great spot if you want a fun urban feel. So many great restaurants in walking distance! The views out of the loft bedroom at night were beautiful. Hello, Marjorie is a must check out if you enjoy a unique cocktail experience. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay in the DM area - love how different the place is!

We had a great stay during our visit to Des Moines and would certainly stay with Midwest Hospitality again. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond and granted out 1100 check out. We highly recommend this accommodation and host. It’s extremely spacious and was perfect for a long weekend with my family. This Airbnb was great. The location is ideal; it was close to the airport and with easy access to all major routes. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, and feels very safe.

I stayed here while in town for my nursing clinicals, and this place was a total lifesaver! My clinical site was only 3–5 minutes away walking, which made everything so convenient. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and peaceful… such a nice escape after long days. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always getting back to me quickly and making everything feel smooth and stress free. Even though I came for work, it truly felt like a relaxing retreat. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! :)

Staying with Susie is now a yearly trip for us. She is an amazing host and you cannot beat the charm of the town. My daughter looks forward to this stay more than any other we take. Can’t recommend staying here enough.

Not one thing could be improved on! The place was even better than pictured and described. It smelled so nice! The bed was comfortable. The place was spotless... The couch even had vacuum lines on it. Come on! I will likely be in Des Moines more frequently in the future and this place will be my go to!

Had a great stay at Brandon’s! Clear instructions, cozy and clean unit. Just as described. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice and quiet, not a lot of street noise, if any. Loved the bidet, thought it was a nice touch, as well as other amenities provided in the bathroom (e.g. make remover wipes for the ladies). Same building as Hello, Marjorie which is a great little cocktail bar. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for a family girls weekend and it was perfect! There was plenty of space and it was cozy and comfy! The place was so cute in a peaceful area but it was also super easy to get to where we wanted to go in the city. Check-out tasks were also quick and minimal. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

Angela’s place is beautiful. Clean, cozy, quiet. I only wish I could have stayed longer and fully enjoyed the yard and amenities. Definitely recommend!

Easy to get to abs clear instructions. Felt very safe. Would stay again for sure. It was perfect.

Very friendly host. The apartment has a lot of space, is very clean and easy to live in. When we come back we would love to rent this apartment again. Around the corner several good restaurants and a hyvee to get groceries.

Crystal clear instructions on how to get into the building and once you get in, it’s easier the next time. Had a small hiccup with parking, because of a race that had all the streets around the building closed, but Kyle gave us an alternative suggestion that worked out just fine. Everything was clean and exactly as described and shown. One of the most comfortable bed/pillow combos we’ve had!! Great location and walkable to everything we were in town for.

The condo was amazing. Well furnished and comfortable beds. Lots of room to spread out. The rooftop area was pretty. The only negatives are that there is no front door…the only entrance is a steep garage. I’m not sure I knew that. Also, the k cup part of the coffee station was not working and the garbage disposal isn’t working.

This place is the cats meow!! I the heart of downtown with great views, easily walkable to so many places you’ll want to go!! Clean, bright, well thought out decor, just sets this place apart from so many others!! Tons of activities, hot spots, excellent resultants, easily walkable!! Felt safe and secure!! Felt like home away from home!! We will be back!!

Great place! Stayed for the 70.3 Ironman. Exactly what we needed! Super close to everything we needed to get to. Walked most places, farmers market was right outside the door and breakfast was a short walk, and Ironman village was one block away. So thankful for a private parking spot downtown! Everything was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again. Instructions to get in were a bit intense but we followed it exactly as laid out and were able to get checked in just fine.
