Walk to Downtown CF!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. Easy walk to downtown and close to the bus stop if needed. Great for booking a fun CF weekend or for a long term rental for visiting family or traveling for work. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in if desired, but still close enough to several walkable restaurants and coffee shops. Be sure to bring your bike for taking advantage of our 52 miles of hard surface trails and relax after on the back patio!

GREAT for business travelers - Close to John Deere PEC / John Deere Waterloo Works; GREAT for Parents of students - 7 Minutes from UNI; GREAT for Holiday visits when you come home to visit family! GREAT for Recreation! CF has lots of Bike trails, great spaces for boating. If you have a way to transport kayaks, use ours. Fire pit, grill, decks for hanging out.

Cedar Falls retreat close to UNI

Newly renovated modern lower level of home with private entrance. Clean, comfortable, airy, spacious, bright, cheery retreat. Feels like a home away from home. Be ready to navigate 14 stairs to enter the space! 4 adults is the maximum number of adults the space can accomodate. We are happy for families with children in the group to request a group of 5 total guests.
