Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Annakhil

Our stay was faultless. The riad is gorgeous and the host very attentive. The place was cleaned daily and the breakfast each morning was lovely. Would highly recommend and would also return.

The key to the Medina is a beautiful riad, a few steps from the Medina and Jamaa el Fna square but in an alley sheltered from the noise. The property is beautiful, the pool a little gem. The rooms are spacious and have a private bathroom. The cleanliness is impeccable. Excellent breakfast and great availability from the host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a fantastic time. It is as beautiful as in the photos and you could spend whole evenings relaxing there. There were only four of us and we weren't sure if the whole building was really for us. Ibtissam was super nice and prepared a delicious breakfast for us and even got me several Aker Fassi so I didn't have to haggle. You fight a few mosquitoes at night because the doors are not completely airtight. But from the second night we had no more problems and the mosquitoes are slow. A little tip: there are 2 ways to get to the Riad on Maps. You have to choose the second route, where the Riad Christina is also nearby. (If people want to show you the way, they expect money for it.) Instead of shampoo, we had shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and just really nice and we would come back!

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

Our stay at Riad Modjakech was simply unforgettable. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Marco, in a serene and friendly atmosphere. The riad is a real gem, combining the charm of traditional Moroccan architecture with modern comfort. Each room is tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere that emerges invites you to relax. Everything was impeccably clean (thanks also to the vacuum cleaner king ;-) The location is ideal: quiet alley, just a few minutes from the bustle of the medina. After our days of discovery, we liked to relax on the terrace and its pool. A huge thank you to Mohamed and Fatima, who were simply exceptional. Mohamed was able to advise us correctly on the activities, and Fatima… what a cook! Its tajine is not to be missed. We'll be back for sure

Everything about the riad was as described and lovely. It’s a short walk to the markets and shops. We had breakfast and dinner made by Mariam a few times and she was an absolute gem! The AC Works great and while there was 3 of us there, we never ran out of hot water. The bedrooms are a great size, especially the 2 on the second floor with a lot of room to spread out. The host arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and brought to the riad, which was so helpful. I think we would have gotten lost without that! He also arranged a car for us to get to the airport very early in the morning- again, VERY helpful. Colle was very responsive and even shared a list of recommendations upon check in.

Paola's place is one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! She kindly arranged an airport taxi, and we were met by Hicham, who guided us to the riad and gave us a full tour. Nestled in the heart of the Medina, it's steps from colourful souks, great restaurants, and filled with the sounds of the call to prayer and local music. The home is stunning- flooded with natural light while remaining completely private, with elegant clean lines, beautiful materials, luxurious toiletries, high-quality linens, and a sun-drenched terrace with potted herbs and loungers. The bed was very comfortable (firm mattress), with extra linens available. The well-equipped kitchen included fresh oranges, bread, cake, olive oil, butter, jam, and coffee. We loved using the electric juicer for daily fresh orange juice. The internet was fast, and the AC worked perfectly- much needed in the June heat. It was an incredible base to set off from each day- we only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a lovely 2 day stay at this place. The place is clean, well appointed and as advertised. Mr. Othmane was very welcoming ,available, and very responsive, which made our stay simple and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a good stay and we'll be back with pleasure. Thanks again!

Very nice accommodation, very available host, it's very appreciable. The pool is great, the place is not very busy in June and very family-friendly, we appreciate the calm that reigns there. The apartment is very nice, if you like cats, a white kitten with red spots will be happy to meet you. 🤩

We had a fantastic stay at Sam’s wonderful apartment! The place was super clean, very quiet, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing with my family. Communication with Sam was smooth and easy; he replied quickly and was always helpful. Honestly, we wish we had booked a few more nights because we didn’t want to leave! Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We did not use the kitchen but it is very large and seems to be well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it doesn't happen much in Morocco but a small curtain for the shower would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main axes of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, horse-drawn carriage rides next door. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small convenience store downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to get there, so you can't go in a simple swimsuit, you have to dress since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and have good advice, thank you very much to you both!

Clean accommodation with a beautiful view, in a quiet residence and a peaceful environment. Not to mention Kenza's availability and kindness. I highly recommend it.

Where to start … we had a great time with the family (great grandparents , grandparents , grandchildren and great grandchildren. The Riad was perfectly located to discover the famous red city; a remarkable cleanliness and as described. But how not to talk about Hanane and Radija: availability , kindness , excellent food, lots of tenderness and kindness. Two upsetting people as they were attentive and adorable. Two people who marked our stay and thanks to whom we will keep a wonderful memory of this time spent with family. Looking forward to coming back soon . Thank you for everything

An unforgettable girls’ trip in the most beautiful villa! We stayed at this stunning villa in Morocco for a girls’ trip with 13 women, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how breathtaking and secluded the property was—perfect for a relaxing and luxurious escape. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Saloua and her amazing team—they went above and beyond for us every single day and made us feel so welcome and cared for. Honestly, they couldn’t do enough for us! Every detail was thoughtful, the setting was peaceful and private, and the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We made memories that will last a lifetime—and we are already planning our return. This place is a hidden gem and we can’t recommend it enough!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful Riad. It is a gorgeous property and Christian and Catherine were very helpful with plans and very responsive to communications. The staff were also outstanding and highly recommend the home cooked meal on offer from the hosts. Nadia prepared an excellent evening meal.

Amazing architecture!!! Very comfortable rooms each with a bathroom. Comes with a grounds keeper and a housekeeper who are very helpful. My son needed a button down on his shirt which was taken care of. We needed laundry done which housekeeper was happy to help with. My wife and daughter needed blowout/brushing which was available at a spa 6 minutes away. My entire family enjoyed the stay!! We will definitely return!

Absolute recommend this house. Clean and a lot of space. Relaxing area with a small pool that catches the late sun before dinner time. Amazing cook (that could be booked) - very flexible and nice Also a plus that Filip are very helpful and answers super quick. House approx 25mins from Medina, gated community so a safe place. Very relaxing to end up in the house by the pool and a cooked maroccan dinner after a busy day in central Marrakesh

A great stay in this beautiful villa located about 20 minutes' drive from the center. An impeccable welcome by Nourdine who bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. The villa is extremely well designed and perfect for large groups. Very good standing. Finally, a big thank you to the cook who treated us to her tajine and couscous, bravo!

The Riad is conveniently located and it is beautiful and comfortable. Jamal and Adil, the guide, were both very helpful and friendly. We opted for breakfast service at the Riad and it was excellent. I highly recommend Riad Baraka!
