New 2 years old building with 4 apartments in total. We welcome our guests in our 2 1+1 apartments on the ground floor. Duplex apartments on the upper floors are not rented There is a double bed in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Air conditioning is available in both rooms. The apartments are located in the center of Datça, in a spacious and very quiet area. It is 7-8 minutes on foot to the sandy and under-hospital beaches. It is 500 meters away from Datça Bus Station.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

There arr also restaurants and a super market / minutes walking from the house. The view from the house is magical as it's located on top of the hill.
