The gite is separate from the house, has an enclosed garden and a sunny south-facing terrace. On our 7000m2 property, you will also find our horses and chickens. Explore nature during walks/bike rides through the woods. Spot wild animals such as roe deer, badgers and birds of prey, and admire the pristine starry sky in the evening. The balcony overlooking the garden has unobstructed views of the garden, a large orchard and the small massifs of Lucheron and Haut-Siron on the horizon. Quiet, facing south, very bright, it overlooks a wooded and flowery courtyard. Cussy is very well located to enjoy the Morvan in any season. Hiking, equestrian, or mountain biking trails pass in front of the house. The lakes and sites to visit are all very close, accessible on foot, by bicycle, or by car. NON-SMOKING accommodation and outdoors.

Our detached house has a fantastic view. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.
