Holiday rentals with beach access in Antalya

This was the perfect stay for us. The layout of the apartment suited all of our needs as we are two couples that travel the world. It is above a restaurant, but that was not an issue. We did not hear anything. It is walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The beaches are great. Tip-make sure to bring comfortable walking shoes.

Adorable and comfortable apartment for two, for our 4 day stay. Location was great, with tons of restaurants and shopping immediately outside of your door. We enjoyed starting every morning with coffee in the Luna Gardens, located just half block away. Having a washing machine in unit was convenient. We also really appreciated that it was a non smoking home, with zero signs of smoke in the home. If you have a moment, peek into the Blue Jewellry store located next door. It is run by a sweet couple who went out of their way to help us with pretty much everything. Kristian was out of town, but was always proactive, responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We would love to come back one day.

Cet appartement typique, situé au rez-de-chaussée, bénéficie d'un emplacement ultra-central, à deux pas du tramway, des restaurants et du bord de mer. Malgré cette situation idéale, j’ai apprécié le calme qui y règne. À mon arrivée, des boissons étaient gracieusement mises à disposition, une attention très appréciable. Le lit de la chambre principale était confortable. Hülya a été une hôte remarquable, offrant un accueil chaleureux et une attention constante tout au long du séjour. J’ai fortement apprécié son hospitalité. Je recommande !

Alles war top. Am Anfang gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Check-in, aber Ahmet war jederzeit schnell erreichbar und hat alles super gelöst. Gerne wieder :)

We spent a month in this apartment and had a good stay. The apartment is on the first floor (two short flights of stairs) in a quiet residential area, just 400 meters from the beach and close to markets and restaurants. It's spacious, with two sunny balconies that are great for drying clothes. The kitchen is well-equipped for anyone planning to cook at home and there were cleaning supplies, extra towels and bed linens available. Everything was clean, the internet is reliable for remote work, the shower is good (a handheld showerhead mounted on a support), the taps have hot water and all the windows have shutters. The host was helpful and quick to respond to and resolve any issues. The apartment is in good condition, though a few things could use an update—like the wardrobes. Our main remark is about the mattresses, which are a bit worn and uncomfortable, with uneven areas and noticeable springs. Still, the apartment met our needs and offered good value for money.

Everything was great, but there are many bars nearby so they play music till 12 pm. Overall great apartment for its price)

Beautiful, cozy, convenient apartment. We stayed with children. - Neighborhood – lots of buses, a taxi-call button right by the building. With kids there were several playgrounds just nearby, plus a lovely park with a play area. Grocery stores, bakeries, cafés where locals eat — there are plenty, and the food is tasty (we tried a lot). - Building – well located, elevator present, friendly neighbors. - Apartment – cozy, comfortable, functional. All household appliances in working order, with consumables supplied. Convenient bedrooms, good beds. Clean. Drinking water provided. Wonderful balcony — we loved sitting there. Air-conditioners in the rooms. - Host – the best I’ve met so far. Check-in / check-out entirely autonomous, everything simple and clear. We had several requests (I was prepared to be refused), but we were helped with everything. A real pleasure to deal with.

We stayed 6 days on this apartment, everything was perfect, equipped with everything we needed. Location good, not far from old town or beach. For sure we will choose again. 10/10

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, good location, close to the sea, easy to reach by public transport. Communication with Fatma was smooth, check in and check out was uncomplicated

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in der Villa in Belek. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große, saubere Pool, der täglich gepflegt wurde – einfach traumhaft!

We really enjoyed our stay here - we decided to stay in Antalya last minute and quite late at night - this was a great landing place. We were greeted at the door despite our late arrival. Apartment is well equipped and accurately described. Communication with the host was excellent. The bathroom is quite small, it was a bit difficult for two people, but totally workable and not a big deal. We also had a little trouble with the wifi but it worked ok, and the host assured us they would look into it. We would still recommend despite these small things!

We had a wonderful time at Sibel and Baris’ beautiful villa. Having been let down by our 1st accommodation provider we booked this property in the morning and were relaxing by the pool in the afternoon of the same day. Sibel and Baris worked so hard to get it all ready for us within a few hours and were so accommodating throughout our time there; very responsive to queries and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The villa is great with lovely rooms and pool, lots of equipment and utensils and was an ideal place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend these amazing hosts, this lush villa and a holiday in Turkey❤️! X

We stayed here with our family of four in May. The apartment is very nice and the pool and secluded courtyard were wonderful. Very close to restaurants and old town but far enough to reduce the noise.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment und das Gebäude waren sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber und die Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch ideal. Man findet alles in Fußnähe. Wir werden das Appartment definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank :)

We had a perfect staying at Taci place . The location is unbeatable , 7 min to old town, also strategically positioned to get to Lara caddesi in minutes . The apartment has anything you need , we did not cook but you could definitely do, washing machine , spacious bedroom , comfortable living room , easy to get in and out . The parking is on a busy street indeed but we never really had an issue to find a spot even on the street close by. There is a small beach literally 5 min away. We never met Taci, we only connected via what’s up when we checked in mostly, but this is a good thing , because everything was perfect and we did not need to bug him about anything 😀 We definitely recommend the place , 💯. And we will return !

The apartment was clean, modern, and very well equipped. It was a real pleasure to wake up each day to such a lovely view. Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
