The main entrance takes you into the main section of the house, consisting of an open plan living room, dining room and large fully-fitted white marble-topped kitchen. A large guest toilet and washbasin are also on the ground floor. The living and dining rooms open out, through wide glass doors, to a substantial furnished patio & entertainment area, overlooking the sea and gardens below. The outdoor area includes a built-in BBQ (charcoal) and outdoor kitchen including a marble bar, refrigerator, and sink. In front of the living and dining room is a large infinity pool with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas – all overlooking the sea. A private jacuzzi with amazing sea views completes the outdoor space. The main level also features one of the two master bedrooms including a luxurious bathroom that contains a stunning free-standing Apaiser marble tub and oversized custom tile shower. A large wall-mounted TV, WiFi and a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer complete the ground level. All windows have sea and island views. LEVEL TWO: After ascending the marble staircase, you will find a second living room that contains a white marble bar, second wine fridge, mini-fridge, and sink. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.
