Fantastic place, responsive and helpful hosts, a little heaven to spend some time at, don't hesitate!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the place for 3 nights and were the only guests at the time. It was very relaxing. The trulli was super nice, as was the facility itself. In the kitchen there was everything you need. Possibly a small drawback is the very small shower, but you can also use a shower in the outdoor area. Washing machine was also accessible. Super pool, very clean. Overall, a very great stay!

PER-FECT! (according to my 10-year-old daughter) Very nice, very comfortable (according to my 14-year-old daughter) My opinion: The house is a dream. Beautiful inside and out. There are several trulli nearby. It is decorated with impeccable taste, the kitchen is complete (there was everything and more), very well lit, the decorations are beautiful. The divine garden, the super quiet environment surrounded by olive groves, beautiful. Just 15 minutes from downtown Monopoli by car. As it is not a central area, it is strategically located to visit all the beautiful inland cities such as Matera, Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo, and close to the beach cities such as Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Capitolo or Savelletri. The truth is that all my opinions are excellent and I left happy from there and very happy to have chosen this Airbnb. I have nothing bad to say, quite the opposite. 💘 we fell in love with the place. Wow, what a place! What an experience to stay in the Trulli. So glad we did not stay in a Trulli in Alberobello, was nice and quiet, big property with outside table to enjoy some Italian cold cuts! Everything as perfect as in the pictures! The only regret is that we did not stay longer as there is so much to do on this region.

Beautiful location, everything carefully thought out at this peaceful oasis. Host offered many options for activities and local places to visit. Super responsive. We will be back!

Staying in this traditional Trulli house in the countryside of Monopoli was an absolute dream. The setting was incredibly peaceful and quiet. It was exactly what I needed to fully relax. The home was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. If you have a car, it’s also the perfect home base to explore all of Puglia. There was great WiFi which was important for my personal work. I already know I’ll be dreaming about this place forever. Highly, highly recommend.

Highly truly recommended, everything is perfect. Right in the middle of the plaza, restaurants and spectacular spots like Lama Monachile are at the nearest distance with efficiencies. Parking garage at 6-7 mins walk located at building underneath is a real jewel of this place since street parking in this area is a tricky one especially when you are with big luggages under the burning sun. There's also a big supermarket on the 1st floor of the garage where you can get what you need with easiest hand. Filippo is the best host answering right away with kindess. He is very thoughtful and offers abundant services and joy. You will experience a lot more than you see from the pictures. Will get this spot people with good eyes. 100 out of 10.
