The apartment I rent is on the ground floor of my family home, but is completely independent of it, it has a truly unique and particular charm, with an ancient flavor, you will find yourself in a completely unique, stimulating and relaxing environment, full of the magnificent colors and smells of the nature reserve and the grandeur of the castle

My apartment is located at the gates of Sulmona's historic center, close to the municipal gardens. Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

It is equipped with an air conditioner in the dining room that can cool several rooms in the summer and a pellet stove for the winter connected to the radiators. It has a double bedroom with the availability of an additional single bed, a single bedroom with a single bed, kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is no elevator and the apartment is located on the top floor.
