We offer this lovely fully-equipped and renovated studio, decorated with care, in the heart of the historic center of Crest. This home on a pedestrian street offers easy access to all sites and amenities: bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies... and Tuesday and Saturday morning markets. You will easily have access to the leisure activities offered by the city and the surroundings: Tour de Crest, swimming in the Drôme or at the swimming pool, cinema, Saoû Forest, hiking in the Vercors...

Relax and recharge your batteries in this pretty & quiet pied-à-terre, nestled in a 34,000 m2 site on the edge of the forest in the foothills of the Syncinal de Saou. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

Furnished with materials combining wood, metal and plaster, we welcome you to this little cocoon where you will find: a bed for 2 people in the living room and 2 beds in the mezzanine. 2 adults + children. Access to the dormitory is via a securely moored chestnut ladder. You will also have all the amenities for cooking (fridge, oven and ceramic hob). In this space, one room will remain private. Linens, pillowcases and towels not provided (€15/bed extra charge).

For 1 to 5 guests: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm with quality mattress and single sofa bed for 1 person. A large living room/kitchen with a sofa that converts into a double bed. Kitchen, stovetop, microwave and convection oven, fridge, freezer. Very good 4G, TV and DVD player.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
