Loft holiday rentals in Apennine Mountains

We had a great stay in Rome, Germanas flat was a perfect home for us. Trastevere is loud and full of live and a great starting point for getting to know the town. Germana was a very good host to us, thanks again!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno in un locale accogliente e caratteristico, situato in una zona stupenda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Massimo è stato disponibile e ci ha fornito tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per trascorrere un weekend perfetto. Se volete venire a Roma questo è il locale ideale per soggiornare! Fa della posizione il suo punto forte!

Wow, it was wonderful to be able to stay in such a quiet Airbnb in such a noisy, busy old city of Florence! It was very quaint and comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. The location was so close to the magnicent Duomo too. Andrea was very approachable and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit!

We loved Antonio’s place so much! The location was priceless and walkable to everything! He was also super friendly and very accommodating to our travels. Also gave us great recommendations for dinner around the area! The stairs up to the Airbnb is a hike, but once you get to the top it’s 100% worth it. We will definitely coming back to stay in the future!

Beautifully decorated unique and spacious studio in a great location! Only a few blocks to the "heart" of Trastevere with a never-ending assortment of restaurants. We staid here with our kids (3 and 6 years) and the easy access to bed after late dinners was great. Even greater was the small terrace infront of the apartment where we could still sit and enjoy the evening after the kids fell asleep. The apartment, being at a courtyard of a building, was quiet during the night. There were 2 storeys of fairly narrow steps to reach the place (1 up, 1 down), so this could be something to consider if traveling with very small kids. Our host Francesco was kind and flexible. We had the best time in Naples! The apartment is in such a vibrant location with so much going on it’s got a great atmosphere. Sergio’s place was so beautiful and exactly like the photos. Was a really cool split level place with the bedroom upstairs. Had plenty of space and a really nice new bathroom. Sergio was an amazing hose, very responsive, gave great recommendations and really went above and beyond. We loved our time and would definitely stay here again!!

This was an amazing place to stay in the oasis hills of Florence. Marco was an exceptional host, providing us with a ride on arrival and departure, many local recommendations, and even a complimentary pasta recipe with some supplies. In less than a 5 minute walk you can see a beautiful view of the entire city. This was a very peaceful stay away from the busy city centre. The bus station is just outside the door, and a small shop is just down the street. We were able to bus in and out of the city centre both days of our stay. I highly recommend! Thanks again Marco

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Paco nous a très bien reçu, avec des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Il nous a donné quelques adresses et astuces pour se déplacer à Rome, Paco est de très bon conseil. Paco est très attentionné, disponible et flexible pour les départs et arrivées. Le logement est spacieux, confortable, avec une terrasse très agréable. Tout était très propre. Séjour parfait ! Merci Paco.

Top! Heerlijk appartement om na een dag La Maddelena weer terug te keren. Het appartement is ruim, brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Barretje voor snack, drankje of ontbijt schuin aan de overkant aan het water. Het centrum van La Maddelena op ongeveer 12 minuten lopen. Communicatie verliep vlot, zeer vriendelijke hosts - en hond.

Daniela’s apartment is super clean, modern, fully equipped and quiet. She is extremely helpful and responsive. For the price, I felt I got great value! Before booking, I would get acquainted with the bus system so you take a bus to sights and do most of walking around the sites not necessarily to the sites. Close to the piazza Michelangelo with a great view of Firenze. Bravisima, Grazie Mille, Daniela!

Fredrica and her husband were the absolute BEST hosts. They lives up to all the other reviews and more. They provided so many great recommendations and were incredibly kind. Any tourist type question I sent their way, they responded immediately. With restaurant recommendations as well as transportation tips to get there. They provided a well thought out itinerary. They also made their home so welcoming to us with arrival treats and special, signature touches. The location was central and walkable to everything. Would highly recommend!! One note: the ceiling height in the upstairs bathroom is a bit limiting (Sloped). Our family isn’t very tall, so it was fine for us but if you’re over 6 ft, want to make note of that.

Great location just a little over a block from metro. Place was very clean. Very modern amenities. Location was on street level but the street has no vehicle traffic so no noise or pedestrians walking by. Super easy self check in.

What an incredible place to stay! 10/10 recommend!!!!! Sara was precious and don’t miss out on her pasta class-so fun! A great way to learn some new things about pasta and the city!!!!! We loved our stay and they were incredible hosts! From start to finish I couldn’t recommend enough. 🫶🏼

Een hele fijne accommodatie om de omgeving van La Spezia te verkennen. Prachtig uitzicht en lekker rustig en schoon. Vanaf het huisje kan je mooie hikes maken.

Alessandro's apartment is an absolute dream! We spent a week there after a wedding celebration in Tuscany and could not have enjoyed our time there more! The apartment is very pretty and well thought-out. The house sits in a 8 acre property that we were able to use as well. Our dog absolutely loved it, too! The lush green garden gave the location a very special feel, evening fireflies and starry skies included. Alessandro is a wonderful host, very personable and kind. I don't think I've ever met a host that was so friendly and open. A truly unique experience! I highly recommend staying at Alessandro's :)

My stay at Andrea was perfect. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful. When I was arriving late in the evening he picked me up from the train station and even drove me to the next supermarket so I could get some food for the first night. Other than that he was always responding to my messages, giving me recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment is very bright, newly renovated, has everything you need and very spacious. All in all just a perfect stay! Highly recommended.

Una casa ampia, molto pulita, con un bel bagno, cucina e tutti in comfort compreso il climatizzatore. Si trova sempre parcheggio davanti casa. Mi ha accolto la mamma di Domenico, una persona gentilissima. Io sono soddisfatto ve lo consiglio.

Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo. La signora Angela e suo marito sono davvero molto gentili e alla mano. La casa è davvero deliziosa , puliutissima e fornita di tutto ciò che serve. My best stay in italy! Italians are in general friendlier than Germans (i'm German). But Maria goes one step further and shines with a hospitality that I have never experienced before. She really takes time for every little thing. She helped me to find my way around and through her I was able to meet wonderful and also very helpful people. Here in alfano you can relax in this huge apartment, have two balconies, the breathtaking view and this silence is just perfect after a long working day (working remotely). You get internet from your smartphone, the connection is first class despite the many mountains. You can arrive by car or, like me, take the bus from sapri and be in front of the huge courtyard in just over an hour. There is even a pizza oven in the courtyard. Ah pizza...just around the corner in 200 meters you can get some really good pizza from a pizzeria. If you are looking for relaxation and don't mind a few meters of altitude, then alfano is a great place.

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

A pochi passi dal mare, vicino a ristoranti e supermercati, spazioso e pulito, aria condizionata che ci ha aiutato a sopravvivere durante le giornate più afose, ottimo prezzo visto la zona in cui si trova.

The attic apartment was perfect for the two of us. The building has an elevator but you do need to climb up one small set of stairs, not a complaint by any means just an as FYI if you have a big suitcase. The apartment had everything you needed, stove, mini fridge, 2 ways to make espresso, toaster oven, washer. If you do use the washer don't be a silly goose like me and NOT put the drainage tube in the bidet. 😅 There is a cute little market a few meters away and the historic center is within walking distance. I took day trips after I finished exploring Delicito. Bovino, Accadia, and Melfi are definitely close enough if you have a car. The bed is technically a sofa bed but it is at least a queen size, maybe even a king. My partner and I aren't very big or tall people so we had lots of space. The bedding was very comfortable and plush. The mattress again was surprisingly comfortable. Pietro was very hospitable and kind before, during, and after our stay.
