Stanza pulita e ordinata, corrispondente alla descrizione dell'annuncio. Zona tranquilla, sull'annuncio era scritto che il palazzo poteva essere rumoroso ma non ci sono mai state situazioni del genere ed abbiamo sempre dormito benissimo. Tutte le destinazioni turistiche sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o con la metro.

La experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Cuando hablaba con amigos, todos habían estado ya en Roma (para mí era la primera vez) pero nadie se había planteado venir a pasar una semana combinando visitas con playa, la ubicación del apartamento (y las comodidades del mismo) son perfectas para ello. Sin duda todo un acierto!

Spent a couple of days in Roberto and Lucias flat after attending a wedding in Tuscany. Had a great time. Roberto and Lucia are very kind hearted people and it was a real pleasure to stay with them.

Ci siamo trovate benissimo, abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni nel massimo del confort e della comodità. La casa ha tutto il necessario, è davvero ben tenuta e la posizione è comodissima. Il centro si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata. L'host mette poi a disposizione due bicilette, che rendono gli spostamenti ancora più semplici e agevoli. Host amichevole e molto disponibile, si è offerta di venirci a prendere alla stazione in macchina e di riaccompagnarci. Vivamente consigliato! Ringrazio Lucy per la cura che mette affinché i suoi ospiti stiano bene.

Tolle Terasse mit Blick Richtung Meer (aber auch zur Straßenseite), sauberes, großes Apartment und nur kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Außerdem schön großer Privatparkplatz und super freundliche Gastgeberinnen :)

We were very happy with this place - responsive host, extremely convenient location- close to both grocery store, bus station and a very nice beach. Overall, would definitely go there again and recommend to everyone

Nous avons passé un non séjour. Rien à dire sur le logement mis à part qu'il est super. Proche de la vieille ville de zadar (10min environ en voiture) L'endroit est calme et paisible. A choisir sans hésiter !

Wir hatten eine rundum perfekte Zeit bei Tamara und Roger. Hier wurde ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen inmitten der Natur umgeben von Olivenbäumen geschaffen. Unser Apartment war sauber, top ausgestattet und stillvoll eingerichtet. Auf der eigenen Terrasse kann man sein Essen, ein Gläschen Wein und die Aussicht (inklusive Sonnenuntergang) genießen. Das Gelände ist weitläufig, mit vielen schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem tollen Pool. Einen kleinen Fitnessraum gibt es ebenfalls. Tamara hat sich mit viel Liebe und Hingabe um das Anwesen, die Tiere und die Gäste gekümmert. Wir haben einige tolle Tipps von ihr erhalten. Unser Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten war leider viel zu kurz. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen. Danke Tamara, für dieses tolle Erlebnis! 🥰

Lovely home, we loved our time in Tuscany and loved to have Gianpietro’s place as a retreat to relax and enjoy the views. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful!

We had a really lovely stay at Apartment Patrick. Milenna and Luciano were very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed chatting to them, mostly using Google translate!! The apartment is really private and in the most lovely setting. Sitting on the terrace looking out to the bay below was a delight. The area suited us really well as we wanted to be near the beaches and to be able to explore on our bikes, which we rented locally. We used our bikes to get around but the bus stop into Pula city centre is right on the doorstep. The nearest supermarket is a short walk away in the huge shopping centre. Everything was very convenient. We hope to return as, for us, this was the perfect holiday spot.

Susanna and her husband are wonderful hosts, offering plenty of helpful advice and recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The accommodation is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with essential amenities, including a kettle, mini fridge, espresso machine, hairdryer, and towels. The room is a great size for a couple who don’t travel light. The only thing I missed was hand soap in the bathroom. Guests have access to two outdoor spaces - one with a small table and chairs, and the other a terrace boasting spectacular views over the city of Florence. Fiesole sits on the outskirts of Florence (great if you have a car) with a bus stop less than a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, providing a direct route to Florence’s central train station. Alternatively, you can drive and park in a convenient car park near the city center, recommended by Susanna (cost of approximately 2–3 euros per hour). We will be back sometime in the future to explore more of Florence :)

We spent a great five nights here. The garden is beautiful, full of olive trees and rosemary, as well as several fruit trees. The outdoor kitchen functions well and fully equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery etc. The flat itself is fairly small but fine for a couple. Two beaches are walkable from the property, Zucchale and Barabarca. We didn't bring a car but it would have been easier to visit other parts of the island if we had, as the bus service isn't the best. Overall we had a lovely stay in Elba and would recommend to friends - grazie!

Spacious and clean, well connected to city centre with public transportation. Kitchen tools very basic, but you don’t want to cook at home while in Bologna

Siamo stati benissimo. Host super attento alle nostre esigenze. Casa accogliente e in posizione splendida sia per Firenze che per il Chianti.

O local é maravilhoso. Extremamente limpo e fiel ao anúncio. Os anfitriões foram muito gentis, receptivos e igualmente acolhedores. O ambiente é super amplo e com uma varanda adorável. Há 8 minutos do parque Splitvice. Amamos os dias que passamos por aqui. Recomendamos fortemente.

Chiara is an amazing host. Her place is so beautiful, neat and aesthetic. It is accessible by buses and easy to reach. The check-in was flawless. I recommend booking this place for your stay in Rome.

Piccola casetta immersa nel verde, angolo di relax e tranquillità assicurata. Piccolo giardino godibile, casa super pulita, nonostante il bagno non avesse una finestra, vi è una porta finestra attaccata, quindi è come se l'avesse. Cucina munita di tutte le comodità desiderabili. Qualità prezzo imbattibile, host simpatico e reattivo. Consiglio l'alloggio, a chi come noi cercava un luogo in cui potersi rilassare e sentirsi a casa fin da subito. Arrivare non è stato arduo in quanto l'host ci ha fornito un piccolo video molto molto utile per capire subito la strada da percorrere. Nota di merito al letto che è risultato essere molto comodo.

El apartamento de Vjera es muy cómodo y práctico. Estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Muy bien equipado y ubicado en una zona cercana al casco histórico. Cuenta con un espacio muy cómodo para estacionar el auto sin ningún costo adicional. Vjera fue muy amable, nos brindó información sobre cosas para hacer en la zona y nos recomendó restaurantes y actividades, además contestaba los mensajes muy rápido. Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia.

It was the best experience we couldn've had in the Amalfi coast, Andrea is an amazing host, considerable, thoughtful and truly caring, we felt through our whole trip we had a back. You can walk to Amalfi down stairs, approximately 30 minutes- it's okay when you go down , a bit hard when you go up the stairs. There's also a bus which takes the same time. we liked the location because it's local experience but still really close to Amalfi, also it's much cheaper which is a plus. Most importantly, Andrea was amazing- answer every question made sure we were safe and we'll definitely be back soon.

Cristina's house near Siena is an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. Just 20 minutes from Siena, it's perfect for day trips to Florence, San Gimignano, or Chianti. A car is essential but ensures a peaceful, authentic experience. The clean, well-equipped house has a kitchenette (fridge, stove, washing machine) and AC. The bathroom is small but functional. Outside, there's a surprisingly deep pool and various spots for relaxing or dining. We were surprised by the poor connectivity - almost no phone reception inside and extremely slow internet with weak Wi-Fi. Cristina mentioned it's not for working, but we underestimated the limitation. The surroundings were mostly quiet. Cristina, though not on-site, was very responsive and helpful. Tips: The parking is 50-100m away; ask about unloading at the house. Bring extra toiletries for longer stays. Request the correct Wi-Fi password before arrival. Overall, an excellent choice for exploring Tuscany. We'd happily stay here again.

Logement très calme dans une magnifique campagne d’Ombrie avec seulement les oiseaux et le soleil pour vous réveiller le matin. Beaucoup de superbes villages à proximité et bien entendu Perouse et Assise! Hugues a aussi plein d’endroits chouettes à vous recommander!
