This unique house is ideal for family or group of friends holidays. An old converted Venetian fort house, over three floors, it now sleeps a total of 9 in the main house and another 2 in the guest house. Its interiors are warm, original, full of colour with utterly authentic furniture.Situated at the top of a large plot of land inside the village of Lamyra, the house has its own extensive private garden with citrus trees and ortasias flower beds. There is also a little private family church.

The fisherman's villa is located in the best spot of Korthi-bay in Andros. It is 3meters from the sea over the old port of Korthi and has a panoramic view of the bay. The best feature of the house is that has relaxing areas for every part of the day a fresh vegetable garden that you can pick your veggies and season fruits every day also a big private hill over it to take your walk and have a coffee. It consists of the master bedroom with a double bed, a second enclosed room that is used as a living room and can be converted into a bedroom with 3 single sofa beds, and a separate kitchen area. Not suitable for children under 7 years old.

The fully renovated house is part of an old stone tower house from the Ottoman era and is located in the center of the village of Apoikia, in a quiet and green environment. Access to the house is via the stairs of the path that is part of the popular hiking route No. 2 with an intermediate stop at the running thermal water of the "Sariza" spring and is 100 meters from the highway.
