Manolis Place was a beautiful getaway for me and my girlfriend. For those seeking a calm, rural and authentic accommodation, Manolis charming apartment in Apollona is a great choice. Only for skilled drivers though, as the streets and alleys are very narrow but the neighbourhood itself is picturesque and stunning. Lovely tavernas with great food and friendly, open-minded people. Great stay to get out of the busy and touristy vibes from Rhodes and others ‘bigger’ places. Cozy cottage-like house, great & modern amenities. We even used the washing mashine and its features. All in all we were more than satisfied with the hospitality we experienced in Apollona and would consider coming back again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time in the Valley View apartment of Kostas and Melina! From the apartment itself, to the breathtaking view over the valley to the warm hospitality of Kostas and Melina, everything was perfect. In addition to the quiet and idyllic location at the beginning of the village of Salakos, the hosts made our stay something very special. With their authentic and warm manner, they gave us tips for excursions and activities on Rhodes, let us try delicacies from their own cultivation (eggs, oil, olives, herbs) and made us feel at home. All this without being intrusive at any time. It was an unforgettable vacation. We'll be back. It is recommended to arrive with a rental car. This allows you to be flexible in your excursion activities and to make optimal use of the central location of the village in the middle of the island.

We stayed at Old Nest House for our honeymoon and couldn't recommend it more. George and Maria were fantastic helpful hosts who were in contact leading up to the visit and during (checking in following an earthquake) Also Christina, who was there to welcome us, was extremely helpful, showed us around the villa and to the village. The villa was gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. It was private but close enough to the village if we needed anything. Salakos is a beautiful village with some fantastic restaurants and the friendliest people. We will definitely be back!

Wow. The villa was beyond our expectations and our hosts were just lovely and so helpful with everything, starting with arranging a transfer with Demetris - ‘demetris galatas aegean Rhodes’. If you’re offered this guy’s number be sure to take it. He was brilliant from start to finish with recommendations and being a general go to for absolutely anything and everything. Same with Evi, Emmanouil and the rest of the family. We were a family of 3 generations and it ticked everyone’s boxes. Downstairs bedroom for grandma, peaceful in the day but close enough to be able to walk to some lovely restaurants in the evening and also to the nightlife for the grandchildren. Local supermarket should you want food to eat in. The villa was spacious, and well equipped with everything you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation, the hosts or Demetri and I would love to go back if we get the chance. Everyone loved it and we were so sorry the stay had to come to an end.

Quaint, quiet, warm and clean! Marios’s place is everything you’d want in an AirBnB in beautiful Rhodes. You’ll be checked in by Marios’s dad, George, who truly represent Greek hospitality! We were delighted by both a welcome and parting gift; so sweet!!! The ground level apartment is HUGE! With a lovely outdoor seating area. It’s comfortable with two couches, a large table and a good sized kitchenette. The linens are clean & you’re given beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella for your time at the water. The location is pretty central in terms of “where you want to be” in Rhodes, however we do recommend getting a rental vehicle as the neighbourhood isn’t very walkable to beaches or the old town. There are good restaurants, cafes, and bakeries around that Marios’s dad will gladly show you on his island map when bringing you into the AirBnB :) The neighbourhood is quiet and local; you really get to feel like you’re living in Rhodes. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you

Can not say enough how great this place was, lovely house, fully renovated all spotless, with everything you need. We arrived late and the host was waiting for us with nice explanations and more than enough in the fridge for breakfast and much more, is like arriving home. The terrace has an amazing view with a super nice jacuzzi, you can spend the entire evening just laying on the outdoors terrace bed enjoying the view and the fresh air. The location is great, easy walk to supermarket and cafes , and a short drive to a great beach with lots of restaurants. Just a perfect place to stay, absolutely beautiful, fully recommended.

What a fabulous stay! Away from the hustle of tourists, tucked into the mountain, with multiple wineries within walking distance. If you are after a cultural stay you’ll love M Anna’s house. They’ve loving restored their Grandmothers stone house and it’s full of original pottery and traditional furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped and Anna kindly supplied us with a couple of delicious homemade meals during our stay. There’s a supermarket within walking distance and several restaurants. We walked to the bakery every morning for coffee and people soon recognised us. You could spend three days in the Village without a car - there’s lots within walking distance. If you want to go to the beach or historic attractions you’ll need a car. M-Anna’s house is perfect for a couple or a family with older children.
