Fantastique villa pour une famille. Nous avons grandement apprécié la maison et les commodités, surtout la piscine et la bbq. Difficile de demander mieux en plus avec cette vue. Également, Dimitris a été un hôte exceptionnel en étant toujours disponible rapidement pour répondre à nos questions.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der hübschen Wohnung. Es hatte alles zu bieten, was wir brauchten. Sehr zentral und viele exquisite Restaurants. Konnten uns sehr entspannen und im nahe gelegenen Meer (wenige Minuten mit dem Auto) baden.

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. Thank you for everything ☺️

Wir durften eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer verbringen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick aufs Meer, die Waschmaschine und die in der Wohnküche befindliche Klimaanlage. Der kleine Weg zwischen Terrasse und Meer ist absolut nicht störend, er ist nur für Fußgänger und nicht für Autos! Man hat tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und die Restaurants und der Bäcker aber auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der ideale Standort, um die Insel zu erkunden, aber abends trotzdem in Ruhe, ein Glas Wein auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer genießen zu können. Das Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es wäre toll, wenn in Zukunft eine Kaffeemaschine und zwei Sonnenliegen vorhanden wären. Ansonsten hat man alles vorgefunden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, und können das Haus definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sofort Wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt auch einen täglichen Reinigungsservice. Auch der Check in zu später Stunde lief problemlos. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I have stayed there before and I rebooked as I liked it so much. Close to Athani village for shop and tavernas, close to beaches, lovely garden and view.

Our stay at Annie’s apartment was simply outstanding. Annie’s hospitality was exceptional—she went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Its location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the city center, which is ideal in busy Lefkada where avoiding the car is a huge plus. Annie was always available, incredibly responsive, proactive, and genuinely friendly. Compared to all the places we’ve stayed in recent years, this was one of the best experiences, both in terms of the apartment and the host. What made this stay truly exceptional was Annie’s personal touch. From the thoughtful amenities to her local recommendations, she made sure our stay was perfect in every way. If you're considering a stay in Lefkada, do yourself a favor and book this place. We will cherish these memories and hope to return again. Beautiful little studio, thoughtfully designed and well equipped, and perfectly suited to my needs. The central location is convenient for some local tavernas which are excellent and it was surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable , the air con kept it cool and I slept really well. If you want to explore beaches it is definitely preferable to have a car/ quad (or boat). I was lucky enough to have the pool area to myself for most of my stay but with all 3 accommodations occupied it could get a little too cozy , particularly with kids running round. Maria was really helpful throughout my stay, easily contactable and I certainly hope to return.

Perfect! This AirBnB had everything we needed for a wonderful 3 night stay. The location was very quiet and right across from the water and boardwalk. The building was well kept and the room was very nice. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows plus extras. Extra blankets. A nightstand and lamp on each side of the bed, which is a real bonus to me. The bathroom was large, with a spacious shower with a rain shower and handheld showerhead. While we didn’t use the kitchen, it was a full kitchen and well stocked. Lots of closet and drawer space. Washing machine. The hosts really thought a lot about their guests, comfort and as an example, they left two waters, two juice boxes, and a large plate of cold, sweet and delicious watermelon in the refrigerator for us and since it was a hot day, it was so appreciated. The AC worked very well to keep us cool. Hosts sent recommendations for restaurants and a few are walkable from the room. Close to a nice beach. Highly recommend!

Στο καλυτερο σημειο της πολης, ειναι διπλα σε ολα. Πραγματικα πολυ καθαρο, με ολες τις παροχές που μπορει να χρειαστεις. Αψογη επικοινωνια, πολυ ευγενικη η Αντρεα.Μας διευκολυνε με late checkout. Το μονο που με δυσκολεψε ειναι οτι εχει πραγματικα πολυ φως το διαμερισμα κ ξυπνουσα νωρις.

A perfect, quiet location , kind hosts, and amazing little neighborhood. We happened to meet some of the neighbors and they were friendly and helpful. We will come again.

Unser Urlaub in Theas Unterkunft war super! Schöne Natur rundherum und sehr privat. Thea war sehr nett und hat viele Empfehlungen an Aktivitäten, Restaurants und Stränden gegeben, was sehr hilfreich war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Ο χώρος και η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι ιδανικά. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμη για ότι χρειαστούμε. Πολύ φιλικό και ζεστό κλίμα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικός, ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας το έφερε αμέσως. Σαφείς οδηγίες για όλα. Στη δεύτερη διαμονή μας διόρθωσε κάποια πράγματα που είχα επισημάνει και έκανε ακόμα πιο αναβαθμισμένο το διαμέρισμα. Πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο με όλες τις παροχές μέσα! Το συστήνω σε άλλους επισκέπτες! Ευχαριστούμε!!

Ένα εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα. Καθαρό, καλαίσθητο και προσεγμένο. Ησυχη γειτονιά, κοντά σε παραλία αλλά και στο κέντρο της πόλης. Άψογος οικοδεσπότης.

Περάσαμε καταπληκτικές διακοπές κατά την παραμονή μας στο κατάλυμα. Το ενοικιαζόμενο στούντιο είναι από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε επισκεφθεί, πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και προσεγμένο σε όλες τις λεπτομέρειες για μία άριστη διαμονή. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά σε μία τέλεια θάλασσα γεγονός που επιτρέπει να κάνουμε μία βουτιά και να επιστρέφουμε στο όμορφο μπαλκονάκι. Επίσης χαρήκαμε ιδιαιτέρως που γνωρίσαμε τον κ. Παναγιώτη. Είναι σίγουρο ότι στην επόμενη παραμονή μας στη Λευκάδα θα ξαναμείνουμε στο ίδιο μέρος.

Very nice place, clean and warm. Mr Vangelis was so polite and flexible. Really beautiful and warm welcome. Wi fi was perfect. It was such a good accommodation that we are looking forward for our next visit.

Πολυ ωραίο σπίτι, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Λευκάδας μια ευθεια με το αυτοκίνητο.. ειναι μεγάλος ο χώρος και χωράει άνετα 5 ατομα που ήμασταν έμεις. ο οικοδεσπότης ειναι πολύ φιλικός και απαντούσε γρήγορα στα μηνύματα.. το συνιστω ανεπιφύλακτα....

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful modern and spotless apartment. We were welcomed by Sophia's mother, who was extremely helpful. The apartment was easily accessible with good private parking . It was just a few minutes drive form a nearby very large beach and a few minutes drive from Lefkada town centre where there were many shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here and would thoroughly recommend booking this accommodation.

Σίγουρα ένα κατάλυμα το οποίο θα ξανά προτιμήσω αν ξανά βρεθώ στην Λευκάδα. Άψογο διαμέρισμα σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και παρά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Λευκάδας. Προσωπικά μου έκανε εντύπωση η καθαριότητα του διαμερίσματος. Όλα ήταν όπως πρέπει να είναι.Πεντακάθαρα με ότι χρειάζεσαι κάποιος σε μια διαμονή.Η επικοινωνία άψογη με τον οικοδεσπότη.Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
