Holiday rentals in Apostle Islands

The treehouse was fantastic. We were looking to see some fall colors and get away to a quiet place for some recharging rest. We got just that, with Bayfield right down the street and orchards galore. Beautiful space!

We arrived at the house in sub zero temperatures and were very happy to be inside the house with the wonderful radiant heated floors. Warm and cozy! Comfortable beds and warm blankets made for restful nights. The view of the bay is beautiful. Moon rising over the horizon reflected on the ice . We heard Great Horned Owls hooting in the distance. Next visit we hope to come in the summer or fall to walk around more and see the lake. Thanks again!

This A-frame is to die for!! Seriously the cutest place. Very peaceful and cozy in the center of nature. You truly are secluded and have lots of privacy. We didn’t realize how far away we were from things but just a 20 minute drive to iron river did the trick if needed last minute things from a dollar general. You’re only an hour-ish away from Lake Superior — it was fun driving through the forest highways! We grilled out 2 nights at the cabin using the charcoal grill that worked perfectly! Host responded fast when we had questions. The bed was so comfy as well! The host has a captioned picture of the indoor fireplace in use but in the book at the cabin you’re instructed not to use it, that was pretty much the only bummer due to the weather being on the cooler side of 50s-60s but we cozied up outside with the fire pit, played games (lots of games and movies host offers) and made s’mores! It was the perfect little getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary! :)

Our recent trip to this charming Airbnb was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of Lake Superior right outside the door. The property is beautifully located, offering both privacy and easy access to the sandy shoreline. The space itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. We especially loved waking up to the sunrise over the lake and enjoying evenings on the deck. Communication with our host was seamless; they provided helpful local tips and made us feel welcome from start to finish. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning natural beauty, I highly recommend this Airbnb. We’ll definitely be returning!!

This trip was our second time staying at Blueberry Cottage - we love the cottage. It’s a great spot! We love the beach access in our backyard and the fully outfitted kitchen and grill. Lacey, the host, was super responsive to our texts. We took two hikes that were recommended in the host’s guidebook and they were both lovely - particularly recommend Frog Bay! Overall, I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Absolutely stunning stay. Nestled right on Lake Superior and just minutes from the Porcupine Mountains, this place felt like a hidden gem. No service meant total unplugged peace…just the sound of waves, the breeze through the trees, and endless stars at night. The sunsets were spectacular, the kind that make you stop mid-sentence just to soak it all in. Honestly not sure how they got lucky enough to own such a magical spot, but I’m so grateful they share it. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect offgrid escape. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We were very impressed. Host communication was excellent. Checking in and out was a breeze. The place was spotlessly clean. Linens and towels were great. There were nice perks like lap blankets and extra throw pillows. There are multiple separate indoor and outdoor sitting areas, all boasting incredible views of Lake Superior. The photos undersell the proximity to the lake. The outdoor firepit was great, and firewood and kindling were provided. The kitchen is well appointed and we had all we needed to cook meals. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The location is quiet. We were never aware of neighbors. We saw deer, red fox, sandhill cranes, wild turkey, and lots of other wildlife nearby. We watched sailboats on the bay. We appreciated the area's local charm, and browsed shops, explored nearby towns, and ate at local restaurants. The whole experience felt like a Norman Rockwell painting at times. We'll be back.

Hey , i been to many airbnbs and several retreats and i can honestly say this has been far my best experience. I will come back for the food alone . They had great plant base / vegan food , which they cook to your liking. I stayed for 6 nights and the food was amazing every day. The tiny homes retreats was very nice and built with very quality material. The place smelt fresh, very clean and though out lay out. The landscaping was fabulous. They people was also very welcoming and polite. They went above and beyond to make us feel taking care of. They place might be expensive for most but if you do need to save up to spend on an luxury retreat, this is the place to come! I have no complaints , i give it above a 5 star review. if anybody didn't give a 5 star I can honestly say they must not understand that no matter where you go , it won't be perfect . but we must examine if it's overly worth it. so let's stop being to hard on business! honest reviews but dont be picky
