It is a patrician house, and the ceilings are higher (2.20 m) than typical Appenzell houses. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 high chairs for children/baby cribs are available. Dogs are welcome; please let us know in advance. Hiking trails start as soon as you cross the street. She travelled, painted and collected art from artist friends. You can definitely expect surprises if you stay in this beautiful home and explore her collection.
