Angela was a great host! She replied very quickly to my questions and was very accommodating to my request for an early check in. Our daughter graduated from Longwood on Saturday and our stay here made everything more than enjoyable. We were so close to everything and Angela’s check in instructions were so clear it made check in a breeze. The apartment was immaculate. In addition to everything being incredibly organized (labels on cabinets to avoid having to search for things; very nice touch) the beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels were available in both bedrooms. I would definitely recommend Angela and her location again!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly nice, responsive, and personable; they made us feel genuinely welcomed from the start. Communication was easy, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell they really care about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with a personal touch!

This was one of our favorite places to stay! Peaceful, clean, comfortable- it truly felt like a retreat. Katie was incredibly thoughtful and kind- there were snacks to greet us, dog treats and water for our pup, some toys for the kiddos, and great recommendations for local spots to eat! We will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at Darren's and Fran's place for three nights while we were in town for a wedding. The area felt pretty safe, and it was relatively quiet during our stay (late May). The parking garage was extremely convenient. The apartment felt like a mini home and was stocked with everything you need for an extended weekend, plus lots of recommendations in their welcome book. Our favorite part was how extremely comfortable and soft the bed sheets were. Overall, we would recommend this cozy spot.

Visited Amherst for a family members graduation. Chose this location because it was very close to my family and was easy access for my husband who is in stroke recovery. We were met upon arrival and received a friendly greeting. Everything was clean and plentiful. Privacy was respected, they even had a few snacks available. I only had one issue with the lock and that was beyond their control. (Battery). I had to call them at midnight. I truly hated to wake them up but they were very nice and accommodating about the situation. If I find the need to stay in Amherst again I will check to see if there’s availability.

It was the perfect place for us while visiting our daughter and new grandson, we were . 7 miles from their place and in such a quiet neighborhood! The place is no frills but everything we needed was there and very reasonable, it was nice and cool inside which we appreciated since it's hot and humid in Lynchburg, 😆. Close to almost everywhere we needed to be. Communication was quick and always pleasant and we would stay again if needed. Thanks!!

Such a cute little apartment! Everything was super clean and I loved the 2pm check in time. Paul was really responsive and proactive, and I had a lovely stay! Also shoutout to Joe Beans Express Espresso which is 3 minutes down the road and has an amazing coffee, tea, smoothie, and protein shake menu; definitely stop by when you stay here!

If I could give this place and the owners more than 5 stars, I would. The house and the views were absolutely amazing! The owners were fantastic and very responsive! My family was in town because my daughter was getting married and they fell in love with the place. My 83 year old father even caught some fish in the catch and release pond! I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone.

This airbnb is in a beautiful location, the views are spectacular! We were in visiting my daughter at a local college and all of the hotels were booked or were an outrageous price, I’m so thankful we found this place! Very clean and quiet. No wifi but thankfully I had cell service. We didn’t spend a lot of time there but the time we did spend there, it was relaxing! Only thing is it got toasty in the room at night and there was no way for me to control the temperature or cool off.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The combination of the mountain house and the river house was perfect—each had its own charm and stunning views. Our kids had an absolute blast exploring the area, playing by the river, and enjoying the open space around the houses. It’s a fantastic spot for families with children. The views are breathtaking, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We would definitely love to come back!

GPS made it very easy to find. It was lovely to be in the country with such beautiful scenery. Julie was very accommodating when we had a change of plans and had to spend an extra night. Thank you Julie for all you did to make our stay Belle View outstanding ..

Juli‘s place was perfect and she was an exceptional host! It’s a beautiful drive just off Route 29…a 20 minute drive to Randolph College in Lynchburg. The airbnb was similar to a hotel room that housed other guests. It was quiet and the views were stunning! If my husband and I had stayed another night we would have taken advantage of sipping coffee and relaxing in the gazebo/patio to absorb the scenery but we were pressed for time. We will certainly stay again on our next trip to the area to visit our daughter! Thank you, Julie!

Very peaceful setting. Was in town for Liberty U’s Parents’ weekend and worked out great. As another reviewer mentioned, it’s about a 30 min drive into Lynchburg but it’s an enjoyable and scenic one.

This place was great, and somewhere my friends and I really enjoyed. It was a perfect balance of being super close to everything while being off to yourself. It was very clean and up to date! Definitely would stay again!

We loved our stay, had everything we needed. The home is newer and was clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The view is simply lovely. We were in town for a wedding but plan on coming back and could not imagine staying anywhere else. Great coffee shops, restaurants, shops, parks, trails and even farmers market are walkable from Angel’s home.

The Don Quixote condo was a wonderful place to be based during our birthday visit to downtown Lynchburg. The location was terrific for regular walks downtown to eat, rent bikes and explore. For us, the highlight were the beds, wow, so spacious and comfortable, along with terrific linens and pillows. We also enjoyed being able to see the balcony from the rooftop restaurant of the Virginian hotel. It was peaceful coming home to Don Quixote after a day of touristing, and each night we slept like a dream :)

We have stayed at Jessica’s place several times and love the location and the condo itself. The bed is so comfortable! There are plenty of things to do in walking distance, and the easy access to the Bluff Walk is great!

This place was a fantastic stay from start to finish. Cute and comfy condo nestled in a new neighborhood, surrounded by nature — but also minutes from the highway. Beds were fantastic. Super clean. Very responsive and kind hosts. High recommend!

We stayed here a while in town for a golf tournament. Great location in town. Easy to access restaurants. The space was very comfortable for us and accurately met the description. Brad was always responsive to any questions.

We had a wonderful visit in Lynchburg for Senior weekend at the University of Lynchburg. Beautiful Airbnb, close to lots of food options downtown. The loft s funky and beautifully decorated. My adult kids loved it too! We would definitely stay here again.
