The main door opens into a hallway with a window showing the enclosed patio. To the right is the spacious living room with a sofa, fireplace, underfloor heating and kitchen area. A large bow-window looks out over the lawn to the hills beyond. The main bedroom has a double bed and a stylish bathroom in sea green. The second bedroom has three single beds and en-suite bathroom. As with all the houses, the terrace provides the opportunity for dining outdoors while enjoying the pristine Sierra air.

Country house with a fenced jacuzzi pool, fireplace with a wood-burning oven, pellet stove, soccer field, basketball, ping-pong, chickens, and an organic garden. Fully adapted for people with limited mobility. We are pet friendly. You don't share anything with anyone. Very safe to go with small children. Capacity for 10-14 people. It is a modern house built at the end of 2020, where materials such as concrete, stone and wood have been mixed and where indigo tones predominate.
