Great place to stay

A week in Cyprus in beautiful Livadia/Larnaca! The apartment made us feel completely at home and had everything we needed! Very good bed and very comfortable mattress. The kitchen was fully equipped and we could use our own jars (for take away lunch) for our day trips! We enjoyed the chillies on the terrace to the fullest and had Netflix to watch movies! Super fun! At the pool no one else encountered, so it felt very private which makes it very comfortable! The water pressure is indeed low but we always enjoyed the refreshing shower! Because we had a car, we could easily get to the city and other excursions, so the location was perfect for us! We also had our own parking space so we never had to stress! We will definitely come back! Cyprus and also Bobi stole our heart! 💋

A nice apartment that looks exactly like in the pictures. It is walking distance to most of the places in larnaca and the host is very kind and helping! I have no complaints😄

George is a very charming fellow. He co-hosts with his son, who very quickly reacts to any questions asked online. The flat is very nice and functional. Nights are quiet. We have not had the opportunity to use the terrace, but it was at our sole disposal throughout the stay. There is a local shop very close by, with basic stuff for all kinds of needs and a moderately good taverna several hundred metres away, at the main road. The place is a very good base for car trips (free parking, quick highway access with a petrol station on the way); don't expect sights or entertainment locally (though the Nautical Club is a nice place for drinks). Tip 1: the coffee systems are French press and cezve. Bring your own ground coffee. Tip 2: bus drivers don't know the local street names, and the bus stop from the airport or city is not "number 18". Have the local Pame app ready or use a map app and watch out for a roundabout with a pharmacy right after it, on the left -- press "stop" immediately.

Fantastic stay at this clean, new and smart apartment. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. It made such a difference to have basic supplies (washing up liquid, loo paper, herbs, cooking oil, dishwasher powder etc) which is sadly lacking in many airbnbs. The apartment is in a quiet, safe area and we walked daily to the beach, about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend.

We were delighted to stay in Elena’s place. It was super clean, with numerous nice touches and a lovely view from the balcony. We loved the little coffee machine and the fact we had all the amenities to cook a nourishing breakfast. The apartment is only a short walk from Larnaca’s main strip and Mackenzie beach. Would definitely recommend and come back to Elena’s place in the future.

Toufic was an excellent host, provided immediate response and resolved our requests right away. The apartment is as described and big enough for a family. Has nice huge patio and balcony - best for nice city views during the summer nights. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a family. Walking distance to hotel restaurants, supermarkets, mini market and parks for kids. 5-10 min drive from the near by beaches. Will definitely book this apartment again.

This was the most complete place in terms of utensils. If you want to cook yourself then you have enough kitchenware, at least much more than at other places I rented. Gels, soaps are not the cheapest. Enough of towels, kitchen towels and so on. It's normal size single bedroom flat. Good size. Silent location at night. On negative side, it's a bit far from the center. Port, so you either drive or walk to a good beach. Anyway, solid 4.9 stars.

Very nice apartment. Its location is a little far (on foot) from Finikoudes beach but there are 2 bus stops nearby that connect it in just 10 min, so very good. I was able to stay in the apartment in peace. Eva, the Co-Host, was very kind, asking me from time to time how my stay was going. Only small downside: the wifi connection sometimes drops but nothing bad.

We loved our stay in Josef's apartment. Very spacious. You have everything you need. Nice location. Center and the beach arround 15 min on foot. We will be back for sure. Thank you Josef

A beautiful place for a great vacation. Quiet place with everything you need to make you feel at home. Everything is very clean and organized, and the hostess always caters to any need. Highly recommended.

Loved my stay here for one month. The place is just so convenient if you love to cook and need a supermarket next door. It was a little difficult finding the place from the address but the main thing is to navigate yourself to Polinos kebab which is next door. The host is lovely and gave lots of brilliant recommendations. Safe to say I will visit again. Thankyou :)

The apartment was perfect. Situated in a great location and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Clean and modern accommodation that was perfect for our stay. The balcony was a particular treat and the pics don’t do it justice. Would love to go back and would recommend to friends and family .

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Cyprus. The location is absolutely perfect - right on the beach, with stunning sea views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Waking up to the view of the beach/sea and having breakfast on the patio was a highlight of our trip. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and we’d love to return in the future!

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

amazing host! very flexible, responsive and helpful. the jacuzzi took too long to warm up at night, we gave up after 3 hours. but other than that really good experience!

We felt very comfortable in Sophia's apartment. It is furnished with attention to detail and is as shown in the photos. Our highlight was the great outdoor area. The apartment has a great connection to the highway. We were able to see a lot of Cyprus. There is a very good bakery nearby as well as a supermarket, which can be reached on foot. Sophia can be reached at any time and helps very quickly with all concerns and inquiries. We had a great time and send Sophia warm regards Tobias and Nicole

Vanko is an amazing host and the apartment is a hidden gem. It was so nice to stay at the apartment with the jacuzzi for relaxing at the end of the day. It's got everything you'll need and is in the center of Larnaca and really close to the beach

This was the perfect spot to relax and catch up after travelling for the last four months and before our long adventures home. Quiet, cool, comfortable for a great nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the large deck with the jacuzzi was just perfect for relaxing with in the sun, or shade, catching the sun go down. We also really appreciated the super flexible check-in and check out times. Along with being within easy walking distance to everything you need, it’s a great stay if you want home away from home.
