We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Madrid. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and walking distance to almost anywhere in central Madrid. The apartment itself is clean, very spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms including a large main one with both a shower and a bath, and has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. It is also very quiet despite being in such a central location. Our family of four - including two small children - stayed at Gigi’s apartment for a month and had a wonderful time. The apartment was perfect for our needs. We especially loved that immediately upon exiting the building you would come onto a pedestrian street in the center of the city ready to start your day. We also greatly appreciated Gigi’s responsiveness and support throughout our stay. In sum, we loved our time and would stay here again during our next visit.

Very modern, spacious place with all equipment needed and great location

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, but pictures can't reflect how cozy is the apartment. Really bright. We feel really good in this place, was like home. Have all the amenities that you need. Just one block of Atocha street where you can find taxis, restaurants and markets. Almudena is an amazing host, she had been helping us with an issue that we had, and she was above and beyond. I really recommend her place.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is within walking distance of nearly every major spot in Madrid, yet the street feels private and peaceful — nights were quiet despite the central location. The space is spacious and full of character, with high vaulted ceilings, big windows, wooden floors, and a quirky, artsy decor which made it a lovely place for us and our kids. The communal areas had a great vibe, the kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place offered amazing value. Highly recommended — a unique and comfortable home base in the heart of the city!

Located centrally in Madrid, Diego’s place was so easy to explore and get everywhere. He checked in to make sure things were good and the door lock system was super easy to work with. The place itself is beautiful and I loved hanging by the window and doing a bit of work or reading while people walked by in sunny Madrid.

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's service. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Very convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight his attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. The apartment is very nicely decorated and cozy. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is colorful and mostly free of tourists, and reasonably close to everything.

Perfect. 3 very comfortable bedrooms. Spacious, clean, close to a shopping center. Balcony perfect for getting some fresh air and breakfast. In-person welcome to explain how the apartment works. The metro station, Mar de Cristal is an 8 minute walk. The environment of the apartment is not the most glamorous in Madrid, but quiet and safe neighborhood.

Great apartment and nice pool area. Host was incredibly helpful and kind, allowing us to use to pool after check out. The only issue we had was that the WiFi wasn’t great, signal was often quite weak. Other than that it was fabulous!

This apartment is as described . Very clean and accessible for the metro . Would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone

We are a group of friends, we took a weekend to disconnect and it was a success. The house is very spacious, clean and inviting. The garden and the pool are 10. We felt very comfortable and Ruth was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect. She even prepared the pool earlier than usual so we could enjoy it. A delight. We will definitely repeat.

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very kind and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.

Studio well located within the Letras area. Walkable to many historic sites, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, among others. Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons with ample kitchen, living and bathroom area.

Carlos was wery respossive, fullfiled our requests, you could relay on him, apartmanet is full of little things you need for everyday

Very nice and cozy place. Very nice owners and guardians upon arrival and checkout. We were allowed to stay longer after checkout. We brought coffee as a gift. Everything was great
