Beachfront holiday rentals in Arbanija

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Un GRAND MERCI à Joško, c'est la deuxième fois que je loue son appartement et c'est toujours aussi bien. Joško est toujours disponible pour nous aider et pro actif avec de super conseils pour sortir en ville et trouver de bons restaurants. The Appartement from Maja was perfect. Her mother welcomed us very friendly. The view from the Terrass is absulte amazing and the mattress is very comfortable. We will come again 👍

This was the best decision my family and I could have made! Staying in this spacious apartment with its stunning terrace and breathtaking views of the sea and the rest of the island was more than just delightful. We cherished every moment and enjoyed it to the fullest. It’s only a 5-minute walk to a secluded beach with crystal-clear water and beautiful surroundings. However, for grocery shopping or getting around, having a car is advisable, as taxis are not very reliable in the area. Regardless, we would love to return someday

Lovely, homely apartment with gorgeous large balcony and beautiful views. The balcony was the highlight with lots of comfortable areas to sit and shade when preferred. The views are beautiful and like the pictures. We were able to easily get to Split by using the bus service which stops practically outside the apartment. When leaving the apartment turn right and the bus stop is a little further down to the right. It is a short bus ride into Split for 2 euros. Split old town and the harbour were lovely, very laid back with lots of bars and restaurants. Vlado and Marijana greeted us when we arrived late in the evening. It was a lovely gesture to have left us a little welcome back of milk, cold drinks and a bottle of wine and croissants. There is everything you need in the apartment and beach towels to take down to the beach a short walk away. Thank you Vlado and Marijana for the little welcoming touches that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend :-)

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, zentral gelegen, ruhig und aus meiner Sicht inmitten der sich modernisierenden Insel bewahrt es einen authentischen charme. Sehr netter Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder!

We loved our stay at Darion’s villa. The pool was amazing, as were the views. Kitchen was pretty well stocked.

Super godt ophold, det anbefales at leje bil i lufthavnen,da det er et meget kuperet område. Vi var 6 voksne og 3 børn, så poolen blev flittigt brugt 'vejret var kanon >28-30˚super god kontakt med Marin hvis der var nogle mangler, alt i alt et super godt ophold, kan varmt anbefales. BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

Wir waren mit unserem Baby im Penthouse & es war wirklich alles perfekt. Die Aussicht, die gehobene Ausstattung, der Whirlpool, alles war richtig klasse. Den Pool hatten wir an fast allen Tagen nur für uns, das war ein wirkliches Highlight. Zum Meer waren es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, das war traumhaft. Leider ist unser Baby krank geworden, aber Toni hat direkt versucht zu helfen und sich um uns gekümmert. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Insgesamt waren wir 100% zufrieden & können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 😍

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaja’s place. The villa was spacious and had amazing views. There were many different places to relax and enjoy the home. The kitchen had plenty of everything to make preparing meals and drinks super easy. If you turn left out of the property and walk along the shore there is a great bar called Music. If you turn right, a small supermarket is up the hill. Trogir old town is maybe a 30 minute walk. Ubers are easy to get. Kaja was an excellent host and was super easy to communicate with. She definitely went the extra mile to make our stay great.

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Niksa is really a great host. He described everything very clearly. He is very helpful. The apartment is also pretty good and close to many beaches and restaurants. The location is pretty close to Trogir and Split. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Unser Aufenthalt bei Nenad war rundum perfekt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Terrasse – ein echtes Highlight! Ob morgens beim Kaffee oder abends beim Wein – wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Nenad war ein großartiger Gastgeber: freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Jakica ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten uns mit einfachem Englisch oder Google Übersetzer gut mit ihr verständigen.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in de woning van Borka. Bij aankomst werden we warm en erg gastvrij verwelkomd door Borka en haar partner. Ze hadden veel leuke en originele tips voor activiteiten in de buurt. De woning zelf was brandschoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Locatie was ideaal, net buiten de drukte, maar op loopafstand van meerdere stranden, de boukevard van Okrug Gornji en een supermarkt. In de buurt is er mooie natuur en zijn er leuke bezoekjes aan steden of dorpen te brengen (eventueel met de boot), zoals Trogir en Split. Een aanrader voor iedereen!

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in this tiny house. It has a large terrace that overlooks the beautiful bay. What a treat to start your day with a breakfast in such a gorgeous setting! And to end it with the sunset in front of you and a nice drink in your hand. Need I say more? The house itself is not large, but has everything you need. And who wants to sit inside anyways when there is so much to see and do? The bay is just a few steps down the stairs, go for a hike on the island or just hop over to Trogir or Split. Both cities are a short drive away and surely worth a visit. The road leading to the house is quite tight and narrow. If possible, rent a small car. We visited just before the holiday season started so there was not much traffic. Some may consider driving backwards on a dirt road with stone walls on both sides an adventure, others may not. An absolute recommendation for anybody looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Jamina was an extremely attentive host. The apartment was beautiful and in pristine condition. We drove to the accommodation which had secure parking at the rear. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Would definitely recommend
